Lovely footwear
Easy to navigate website, with quick delivery once you have ordered your items.
I have several pairs of adesso boots now and all have been comfortable from the start with quality soft leather. Great choice of footwear and I love the brighter coloured options as well as the standard neutrals on offer.

Lovely looking shoes but sizing is way too small
Lovely looking shoes, but the sizing is not accurate. I'm size 8 which is EUR 42, that's standard sizing. I bought size 8 and got sent size 8 but also stamped EUR 41.
I then purchased size 9, which came and stamped EUR 42.
They are way too small. Not just a little bit. Very narrow. Shame as they look really good

Unfortunately we are governed by our factory and their sizing guide lines. All shoes will differ slightly based on the sole units and uppers used.
Our Sizing is as follows:
UK 7 - EU 40
UK 8 - EU 41
UK 9 - EU 42

I ordered & was in no doubt my order was received. I was informed when it had departed the UK, which was great as I haven’t done online shopping abroad before. The parcel arrived and even that was followed through with a message. The item fitted perfect & I was very happy.

Outstanding customer service.
I purchased a pair of adjustable adrsso sandals from QVC, I'd been wearing them for about a month and was so happy with fit and comfort when one of the metal fittings fell off and I didn't even notice.
I contacted customer service, explained my predicament and they told me they would look into it and call me back by the end if the day or the following morning.
Within an a couple of hours, I was phoned back and told they got their hands on a replacement for me and would not have to wait for some from the factory. Took my postal details and 2 days later they were on my doorstep. Very well packaged and the perfect match.
Superb service and cannot thank you enough, my sandals have been restored to their original beauty.
Trying to decide on my 2nd pair but the choices available are making it difficult for me to decide on which one to go for next. Beautiful comfortable products.
