I ordered some childrens wristbands for a community event. The design for the bands was emailed to me very quickly. The bands were delivered ahead of schedule. Nice quality and a big hit with the kids.

Initially everything started off well until I made my payment for my order &then I was told I could not get my order in time as promised, I should have read the small print. Very stressful experience I had with your people. However, in the end I got my order in time & I thought what the hell was that poor customer care for when you can actually do well. I'm bit reluctant to deal with you now.

From the very first phone call to the final delivery I received excellent customer services. The communication level was high and helpful and the product when it was delivered was exactly as I hoped, and was also delivered ahead of schedule too even though it was a large order.
Also, I work using a purchase order system as I work for a local council and this was no problem for Adband who were able to invoice me and release the product even though I was unable to pay immediately. Thank you very much.

The lady on the telephone was very helpful as I wanted an item quickly. She checked the stock, rang me back and arranged next day delivery. I could not fault the service.

Was the only online company that I found offering the exact service I needed. Service was good and helpful. It was great to be able to send our own company font to brand our product properly. The only concern I had was that the pantone colours looked different to the email example colours and to the real printed colours and so was apprehensive as to how they would look. Thankfully they have turned out ok a d I am pleased with final result.
