I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this website. Based on my experience, it appears to be highly unreliable and potentially fraudulent.
I placed an order and either received duplicate items or did not receive the correct merchandise that I originally purchased. When I contacted customer service to request a return and refund, they refused to provide a proper return process. Instead, they asked me to keep the unwanted items and offered gift cards as compensation, which did not match the value of the missing products.
Furthermore, the item I originally ordered was never delivered. Attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The phone number listed does not work, and emails go unanswered. The lack of customer support, failure to deliver the correct products, and refusal to provide a proper refund raise serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and would not recommend purchasing from this website. Buyers should proceed with caution and consider using reputable retailers that provide reliable customer service and honor their return and refund policies.

I'm sorry I didn't read the other reviews before ordering. I was looking for a Clifton 9 and it's outdated and they had one in my size that I couldn't find anywhere else. Little did I realize that it was coming from overseas, since the address is in TX. I tried to cancel the order since it would not arrive in time for my trip. They said they could not cancel the order, and yet Shopify said it was still being prepared!! DO NOT buy from this company!!!

This company makes it hard to trust them. Their prices are attractive but their customer service is lacking. From order to delivery it took nearly 3 weeks. The shoes package came wrapped in plastic rather than a box as I expected. The size was half a size too big. After sending 2 emails requesting return instructions with no response back, I decided to call. The super quick message noted that the person I was calling was unavailable leading me to think that the phone number was just another roadblock put up by AdamsRetail.

Going forward I plan to use brick and mortar retail or a more responsive online seller instead of AdamsRetail. Tough lesson to learn, but next time I’ll read the site reviews before ordering. Fortunately, I only have to lose out on one AdamsRetail purchase. Thanks to AdamsRetail for raising my skepticism of online sellers!

I did some research online before ordering as I dislike getting inferior goods shipped from China. Seemed like that would not be the case. However, after tracking my shipment ( from China) for 16 days, there was then no update for the following 10 days. After many attempts to call ( no answer) and several emails I got an email stating it was a false shipment and tracking number due to holidays and a new tracking was issued. Item arrived two weeks later and was not as pictured or described on the website.
This is described as a high quality wool coat; the fabric is 95% polyester 5% cotton and feels like cheap craft felt. It has serged hem edges that show on the outside of lapels. I guess, based on the price, I got what I paid for. I will return this(if I can get a response from the company).

1 star is too much! Wrong size garment delivered (very slowly). Emails to customer service ignored. No refund. No Communication. Shocking! and then send an email offering 20% discount on next order. They havent fulfilledthe first order yet!!!
