Even before I had completed the purchase of the property, he had arranged for builders to assist me with renovations I had intended to do on the house, marketing of the property, sourcing of the tenant, management of the property, seamless communication across the entire tenancy agreement process etc - all for a fraction of what your high street letting agents would typically charge.
