Booked in advance for our day trip to Hampshire (from London) on Sat 13th Sep. Coach didn't turn up and had 55 very disappointed people.
A Class Corporate Travel blamed a 'computer error', but after doing some investigation on what happenend, it was a 'human error'! Sam at A Class Corporate Travel didn't put the booking through before going on holiday. Took 10 days to get a refund and then they asked if I wanted to book with them again!
Excellent service every single time
We have been using A Class Coach Hire for a number of years for travel from Milton Keynes to Royal Ascot. We have had an excellent service from them every single time.
Awful company
Awful company. Gave a really good quote to parents who were struggling to get their children to school. Therefore thought they were saved and their children’s education secure just to be told at the last minute that they cannot meet their original quote (given by a director of the company) and they more than doubled it. Parents could not afford this and this meant no transport for the students. When I wrote to complain I have been ignored with no significant conclusion. Awful company. Do not advise using them.
Appalling Customer Service and Unprofessional Behaviour – Avoid at All Costs
We were left with no choice but to cancel our booking due to the completely unacceptable way this company failed to handle a critical change to our enquiry.
Over several days, both myself and my colleague made repeated attempts to get clarity on a change to our booking. Every time, we were met with vague, repetitive answers, zero resolution and absolutely no accountability. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received no clear confirmation and no professional communication - just delay after delay until it was too late to proceed with confidence.
What made matters even worse was the outright rudeness we were subjected to. I was accused of lying by a member of staff and my colleague was shouted at - an appalling and completely unacceptable way to treat paying customers. Blaming us for their internal confusion was not only unprofessional, it was insulting.
This experience has been deeply frustrating, stressful and disappointing. Based on our treatment, I strongly urge others to think twice before booking with this company. Their lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service standards speaks volumes.

This company is the worst ever! If I could give minis stars I would. Old buses that either don’t turn up or breakdown and very rude unprofessional staff. Say anything bad on their Facebook and your comment is deleted and blocked 🚫

I used this company for a work day out. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Their time keeping was impeccable and very reliable! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to hire a coach.
2 drivers booked. One tuned up over an hour late and the other got lost...
We booked 2 drivers to provide transport to a corporate event at the greenwich planetarium. Ferrying passengers to and from Cutty Sark station via the only open gate into the park over the course of the evening. 1 of the drivers showed up well over an HOUR LATE. By this time long queues had formed and then by the time they did arrive there was no one left to pick up as they had all arrived. The other driver who was on time got lost despite multiple briefing calls with A class ahead of time to brief them on directions and access into the park. After clearly conveying our dissatisfaction there was no formal follow up and an attitude by the customer service to sweep the whole thing under the rug hoping it would go away. In summary, unreliable, poor service, unprofessional and you are better off going with the many other vendors that can do this properly.

No replies from bus company and change of driver, though deliberately booked same driver for 3 days
I arranged a bus with driver for 3 days, so we wouldn’t have to wait for the driver in the morning, and I booked hotel rooms for the driver.
First day the driver was almost an hour late.
It turned out that he also did not have the few updates of the route. I had written the bus company 3 times well in advance about the updates without receiving any reply, so this didn’t surprise me. However, I didn’t expect it to become a problem, since we would be with the driver for the rest of the tour.
I was so wrong!
The bus driver said “see you tomorrow” but took of, never checking into the hotel.
The following morning I called him and was told that someone else should drive us second day. This second driver was waiting for us at a different hotel (it had been changed).
I called the bus company several times in the evening and morning but they don’t answer until 9.
I also left messages about the problem and asked them to call back, which they didn’t.
Finally, the second driver called me after waiting at the wrong hotel (fortunately in same town) and we could go on, again about an hour late.
Outstanding service
Outstanding service, A Class were very helpful and booking was so quick and easy. Staff are very polite, friendly and quick responding. Would use again.

Do NOT use this company. They do not answer their phones, nor the out of office mobile number. The bus failed to turn up today, leaving me with 25 people who could not go on the trip. I have paid for the coach already and the company have been utterly useless.

They cancelled a pre-booked and pre-paid coach service in June 1 week before the service was scheduled as "the coach had been in an accident and was no longer available" we are still chasing our GBP2600 refund. THEY ARE A SCAM no one replies to emails or returns phone calls. DO NOT USE
Shocking company
DO NO USE - THEY ARE SHOCKING & Reviews speak for themselves - cancelling a booking for my wedding less than 1 week before the event without even a courtesy call but an email.
Wish we saw the reviews earlier, as soon as we did I raised those concerns about cancellation and requesting a phone number for the coach/when we would get coach details but was met with don't worry all going to be ok.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with
Worst and most stressful experience I’ve ever had organising travel for events. We arranged 10 coaches for an event and we had major issues with nearly every single one. We had so many issues with this company that I can’t even begin to describe them all, but all of the issues we had boiled down to extremely poor organisation and communication from all the people I dealt with. It was honestly a shockingly and unbelievably awful service - one of the worst I have ever dealt with in my 9 years of organising large scale events.

Dont book with this company! I paid a deposit almost a year in advance. I had problems ever getting a reply or return phone call from Annette Freeman regarding my charter and had to repeatedly email and call which always went to voicemail and was never returned. After sending through my final itinerarty and following up and followng up again 10 days before my charter they emailed me saying the bus had been in an accident and they cancelled my reservation. Likley story! They probalby overbooked or simply did not manange their reservations properly. No offer was made to rebook with another company what so ever. This is 10 days before a major event and now I am scrambling to find another charter bus. What kind of company does that! One that you should NEVER do business with - period.
