Whenever I place an order there is always something 'out of stock and waiting to arrive'
I usually order by post, but thought it would be quicker on-line. When I received part of my order I informed them I had received some old stock, that the containers where dirty and, when I cleaned them I noticed the expiry date was in a month? I e-mailed them straight away and then had to send another one a few days later as I had not heard from them!
When I got a reply, it was very apologetic and they arranged for the old stock to be collected and that they would send me replacements.
When I received the replacements, one of them was the same expiry date of 1 month.. I sent yet another e-mail and received a reply that was very apologetic which stated I would get a part refund and that they would look into this so it does not happen again
I hope their service improves as I am very unsure about ordering from them again.

No problems of any sort. An easy process even for someone like me,quite a dinosaur with technology.

Some times it can go wrong and you don't get your delivery on the day/date they say.

THEN, DPD PROMISED DELIVERY ON 05 AUGUST 2019 - GOODS ARRIVED.

Poor delivery service who claimed delivery falsely but abena promptly sent replacement item
