When ever I had a problem with ordering or a question to ask, I was NOT made to feel a fool and that nothing was too much trouble. Being a man over a certain age I do have my problems with modern technology.
I have used this company for ordering various products, having been told to use them by the NHS, I am always a little sceptical as to the service you will receive, but found that there was no problem with from placing the order to when it was delivered. This was for around 2 to 3 years, or may be longer.
Am sorry that the NHS no longer is using you and I would like to say THANK YOU to one and all, for helping my wife and myself through out the years.

I have found this to be a very good and profesional service!

Eveery 6-8 weeks our order is dealt with efficiently, confirm the date the order will be delivered and lovely and helpful drivers deliver on the date.

The delivery is on time but you have to remember to make contact,as there is no recurring delivery set up. So, if you live a very busy lifestyle in top of the stress of caring for an elderly person you have to remember to keep an eye on your dwindling supply. Although you are sent a reminder.
My issue lies with rhe incontinence service where you are assessed you can never get to speak to anyone theres no access to any person to discuss issues. My father was independently using the bathroom with pull ups, then without any consideration of his needs, or his dignity to save money and yet there is no one to hear his voice. I (his daughter) now has to be present during his toileting needs to assist with the loose incontinence pad that falls out on to the floor. Does anyone really care about this , no they don't im exhausted my dad is now trying not to use the bathroom we are in an awful situation . Whats happened NHS ?

The online booking form is very user friendly and easy to use. You always receive a prompt acknowledgement and if you do have a query the staff are very helpful.

Absolutely awful company!!! Called as my mom with dementia forgot to remind family to order some as she didn’t advise they ran out and so called up to request a sooner order and the women had absolute no customer service skills!!!! Plus pads then were suppose to arrive Xmas eve and never arrived so now she hasn’t got any!!!!

I think they are very good reminding you of your next order and when it next delivery is.We have a lovely man who delivers very pleasant,keep up the good work you are doing a wonderful job.
