Just like all the other reviews clothing looked lovely on website and is shockingly bad. So cross with myself for being taken in & not checking reviews. The ad popped up on Facebook but I went to the actual website so thought it legit. Contacting my credit card company to see where I stand getting money back & reporting to trading standards.

This company were advertising as Clare and Kate London they are the same people it is a scam do not buy from them the dungarees come from China and are disgusting. I kept on telling them I was entitled to a full refund as it is false advertising which is not allowed under trading standards and got back 70 percent of the purchase price and kept the goods which are only got for the bin!

Ordered item thinking it was a UK site it took three weeks to arrive from China when it did arrive it was poor quality customer support is terrible they say it's uk but emails don't arrive till 3 am

These are the same as Sarah Emily advertised as linen blend embroidered cotton, reality is polyester cheap printed to look like the pictures of embroidered cotton. Took ages to arrive, advertised as British, but came from China, seriously overpriced not even worth a fiver.

This is a dreasdful company, as the others cheap material and do not reply to emails to return items. Fraudsters and Crooks!!!

If there was an option to give this company a ZERO I would, AVOID awful fit,polyester material, poor quality from China. I emailed them three times to obtain a refund with no joy until I put a NOT favourable comment on their Facebook page that got taken down within minutes.A few hours later I received an email (funny that) thanking me for my message and sorry to hear they were not the right fit for me, and as an alternative to returning the item they said a replacement can be arranged with a fee calculated at 30% of the price of a new item, if I would like to proceed please let them know, and if I would still Iike a refund they are happy to assist with the return process.Two hours after they emailed me they had the cheek to ask how would I rate the help that their team provided ( no doubt to post on their website) I did not respond what a joke they should be reported to trading standards for misleading information and very false advertising. Wish I had read the reviews first cheap rubbish with a big price tag, do not order from them.

The dungarees looked good in the advert. When they arrived they were poor quality, printing was blurred, not worth £34. Tried to ask for a refund, would have cost me £20 to return them. Thought they were a British company but turns out that they are Chinese imports. Don't buy from them....

After waiting several weeks I finally received what I thought were going to be embroidered cotton dungarees,I was truly shocked when I discovered cheaply made polyester and spandex printed rubbish!
This company is a con!..they advertise themselves on Facebook as British..clearly they have been manufactured in China!
Trading standards should be all over these people!!..other reviews say its difficult to get them returned,just dont buy any of these dungarees,£35 each!...they are probably worth a fiver!!

!!! AVOID !!! AVOID AVOID! 100% POLYESTER. AWFUL QUALITY, AWFUL FIT, NO REFUND POSSIBLE JUST 10% AND A POSTAGE CHARGE OF £20.

EDIT I have now reclaimed my money using my credit card company. Refunded in full. I suggest others take the same route, teach this company they can't fraud people. You have 120 days to put in a claim.
Similarly to other customers I ordered dungarees. Cheap fabric, poorly put together and not worth five pounds, let alone the inflated price they were sold for.
I am now in dispute, having been offered a 10% refund or 20% off something else in their catalogue. As if!!
I am going to my credit card company, and will also be contacting Trading Standards. Their website is a sham, with fake reviews from Trustpilot.

What a dreadful company.
I ordered some dungarees which took ages to arrive and when they did they weren’t the cotton mix it said but polyester spandex. Not at all like the pictures on their website. The quality of the print is awful. I asked for a refund and was offered 10% back, 20% off another order (as if) or I could send them back but might be liable for customs costs. This is not shown on their website when you look at the return policy. It seems they are a company in china but posing as a London based
company.
Avoid at all costs.

Advert shown is very misleading, dungarees looked cotton & good quality. Company look like it's in London but it's actually China.
When it eventually arrived it's crappy material, bad stitching and was actually sewn incorrectly so unwearable! At first customer services seemed great but only offer 10% or 20% of the price for a refund or return item paying customs fees and postage.
Do not use them

Same problem as others. Wish i had read reviews first. Today I learned what drop shipping is. Pictures on their website are of good quality materials described as a "soft cotton blend" what you get is por quality 95% polyester 5% spandex. Very poorly made and not of satifactory quality. I have emailed them but do not expect a reply. Will have to go through charge back route no doubt.

Not even 1 star! Appalling quality, incorrect sizes. Returns impossible. Total scam.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The picture on the website and the garments that arrived were two totally different items.

After trying to contact the company I get an offer to either receive a 10% refund and keep the garments, or to send them back for a full refund, but no address details for return being given. Vuage details of customs prove that this would not be England, and would therefore probably be very expensive.

The company purported to be London based with no information on the website detailing any other countries involvement, which is fraudulent at the least and possibly criminal.

Very poor quality garment. Very false advertising. Printed on low standard polyester material .

Appalling, abysmal, horrendous, a scam, dishonest etc etc.
Dungarees are appalling quality - material cheap, sizing bears no relation to what was ordered; the print is abysmal, the process horrendous.
Return address on packaging was Feltham, UK. When asked on how to return, all of a sudden it was somewhere in China with me needing to pay for postage and customs. A refund of 10% was offered which crept up a bit when I continued to complain. I will complain to credit card company and investigated the Sale of Goods act or whatever it has been updated to. A COMPLETE CON.

No updates on order, no tracking.

Wish I’d read these reviews before I bought a pair of dungarees. What a load of tatt! Looks like pretty embroidered flowers on good quality material on line but what has arrived is photoprinted flowers on awful material with the body big enough to fit a giant in but a leg length too short even for me at 5ft4in! I have emailed to ask for a refund but I’m not holding my breath unfortunately.

Item was sent extremely slowly then when it arrived was actually cheap trash. Item was just a photo of the pattern on viscose. Not as pictured or implied. If I wanted this kind of Item id have ordered from temu fora couple of quid. Dont believe the hype and steer clear. Cheep rubbish with a big price tag.
