IT IS A SCAM. Dungarees NOT met expectations !!
Fabric -flimsy stretchy of dubious content - suspect flammable. Single stitching not fit for purpose eg endurance. No structure. NO care instructions or fabric content. Terrible flower print. NOT UK COMPANY -COMES DIRECT FROM CHINA . ARRIVES TOO LATE won't cancel when I realised.After two weeks it was still TRACKING in China.I flagged this up and then arrives within two days. Awaiting answer from their support team to get a return as it is rubbish and is a photographic LIE

I ordered dungarees for my wife's birthday - indicating the date - and didn't receive the item until a week after her birthday.

The product is very poor so I requested a refund per their terms and conditions. The only way they will honour their commitment to a full refund is by agreeing to pay all postage charges (they tell you this bit) plus customs charges and use a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for packages that are lost or untrackable.

Given the length of time for shipping I can only assume that means posting to China. Surely this is illegal. I would avoid this company like the plague.

Like everyone else I've been scammed by this company after ordering from a sponsored Facebook ad. Ordered two pairs of dungarees June3rd. Emailed to cancel the order the same day having belatedly checked the Trustpilot reviews. Three weeks later and no refund or delivery.

Like everyone else it seems I was scammed. Sweat shop from china, don’t buy from them.

I'm happy with the tracking and delivery of my order. However the quality of the item is not what I expected. The fabric design is nice, but the fabric itself is dreadful. I thought it would be cotton.

Brought 2 pair of dungarees from abbey London clothing, the patterns were poorly printed and blurred in places. The material was very thin and felt like you could easily put your finger through. It's taken me 3 weeks to get a response out of there customer service and I need to send them back to China to receive a full refund .
The items received were definitely not the ones view on the Web page
I spent £69 and all I will receive back is £13 hope this experience helps other people avoid this supplier.

Another customer duped. Cheap and nasty material not cotton as was advertised. Quality overall is very poor. Refund requested

I too wish I had read the reviews before placing an order which did arrive but product is nothing like the images material is vey cheap and flimsy overpriced and unable to obtain information to return the product. Company should be investigated for false advertising total rip off and no communication channels even though I have sent emails direct to their 'Support' email and via their contact form. 7 days Customer Support they supposed to offer - really?

Minus 1! Dreadful. Don’t touch these. Terrible quality. Shiny shiny polyester. Tried to put a review on Facebook but failed.

Do not order from this company. As with everyone else I found the goods to be made with cheap, awful material, sized badly and with no return possible, despite what they claim. It is impossible to get a returns form or label from them and they do not respond to emails or any contact form you fill in. They are not based in London either, the name is to lull you into a false sense of security.

Kicking myself for not reading these reviews sooner! Naively ordered from a Facebook advert 4 weeks ago. Items have never arrived, zero communication or response to my emails and a very annoyed customer! I work hard for my money and think it’s so unfair they have stolen it from me!

If I could give this company a minus score I would . Like others have said dungarees advertised on Face book ,when they arrive they are very substandard quality .
It took 5 attempts to get a answer from them concerning a refund. Their answer was ....
1. 10% refund but keep the dungarees
2. Get 20% off next purchase
OR. 3 return for full refund but have to pay for postage and all customs taxes !!!!
Absolutely rip off and need investing but trading standards ASAP, the adverts need to be taken down off Facebook too .
Maybe trust pilot can forward all these reviews to necessary to the correct department. We would all be very grateful if possible

I totally echo what the majority said about the awful dungarees that were sold. I wish I’d seen this before I fell into that trap! Item does not look like what’s in the pictures. Crap quality and the worst fit ever!! Soo expense, I could kick myself for forking out that amount of money. Total con artists! Zero response to any of my emails to return. Save yourself the pain, money and stress - Avoid Abbey London if you can.

As many others, ordered following an advert on sponsored advert on Facebook. Should have read the reviews here first! Poor quality, overinflated pricing. Feels like a legitimised scam!!
Flimsy polyester/Spandex mix. Dungarees not as advertised - certainly NOT cotton, nor worth the "sale price" of £34!
Online trading standards should investigate surely?
Having read other accounts of pursuing claim/refund and poor communication from sellers, I'll use them for walk from beach to campsite, and sadly chalk it up to experience....

I bought these dungarees through an ad on Facebook 😬 they arrived today. They are comfortable but very cheap but my gripe is these are not the same as advertised at all. On the add the material looks more substantial and is embroidered. This material is a thin cheap jersey like material with the print of embroidery.

Fake advertising. I feel scammed. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Poor quality

Absolutely disgusting communication. Item was a horrible stretchy, skin hugging material which they claim is cotton. Refunds are a joke you have to send back to china which I have but will probably never see the money again. Thier website claims to have 4.5/5 on trustpilot too so that's obviously a lie too. Will be reporting this company for false advertising too

I must echo what the majority said about the dreadful dungarees that were sold and the very unhelpful returns information. Nothing like the pictures. Would have cost alot to return to China, but no info as to the actual cost. Avoid Abbey London if you can. We ended up with a 20% refund.
What a con.

Do not use this company. Total scam as others have written. Cotton blend dungarees were polyester/spandex. Advice..take photos of original advert, take photos of items including fabric label and shipping cost quota. I have today received a full refund from PayPal First you need to make a dispute’ and escalate to a claim after being offered 30% refund. When you get nowhere (because it costs so much to return)..actually phone PayPal, and say you want to make a claim.Pay pal then puts you through to an actual person.I spoke to Ethan who reviewed the case online and issued an immediate refund. Now I have 2 pairs of unreturnable and unusable dungarees.. Lucky ole me..but I also have my money back

what an absolute rubbish item, nothing like the photos, wafer thin and crappy nylon type material, chinese rubbish. People dont waste your money.

I returned items to a London address from the label - big mistake!! They are refusing to refund my money less the postage because I didn't follow their procedure and have offered 20% of the total. I have contacted my credit card company, they are going to try and refund the money but......
I am not holding my breath. Cheap shoddy goods, so I have potentially lost £75. SO BUYER BEWARE
