We recently arranged for Alaa, a structural engineer and building surveyor, to carry out a full survey on a property we were planning to purchase, and we are extremely grateful for his professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail throughout the process.

Alaa was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. During the survey, he identified several serious issues with the property, including one major structural problem that could have caused us significant trouble in the future if it had gone unnoticed. His observations were accurate, clear, and very spot-on, and having both a structural engineer and building surveyor involved truly came in handy.

What impressed us most was his honesty and the way he carefully explained everything to us in a professional and understandable manner. 5* service all the way, thank you. As a Doctor, I don't leave reviews unless I can 100% stand behind them. This is my second property where I worked with Alaa. He did my first building survey, and then I called him back with my next property survey which was a lot more complex. He is very flexible with times and can work with short deadlines. Fees are very reasonable. He has a lot industry knowledge but breaks it down in a simple to understand way. We did have a minor difference of opinion halfway through but this was settled very quickly. The best bit is that he also manages the builders and gets you the most cost effective solution for any property repairs.

Highly recommended! I have used other surveyors before, they overcomplicate the works and quote over the top for something so simple. I won't use anyone else, thanks Alaa!

After being recommended Alaa by our builder we booked him in to look at our home. In his thorough two hour visit, Alaa looked at the two things we wanted to improve in our home and gave a great deal of good advice, explaining in a way that was easy to understand but without ‘mansplaining’.
