Failure under Section 22 to provide invoices to service charges
my frustration with your failure to address my complaints adequately. Each time I raise a complaint, you dismiss it by responding, "we are closing your complaint as an expression of dissatisfaction." Under Section 22 of the Landlord and Tenant Act, you are obligated to provide copies of the invoices, which you have failed to do.
You present exorbitant figures, such as over £11,000 a year for lighting the communal areas of a block of 24 flats, where the lights only come on when we walk underneath them, and only two safety lights are on in the evenings. Additionally, you impose excessive fire safety charges without explaining the costs of repairs, and then demand payment.
You treat us as cash cows, and whenever we raise genuine complaints, you dismiss them and attempt to scare people away. One day, I will have my day in court with this company.
