I downloaded and tried a free 5 minute relaxation exercise. The breathwork part was rudimentary (breathe in 4sec, hold 2 sec, out 6sec) while the instructive voice mainly focused on affirmations, which was not what I had been looking for. But the bit that troubled me the most was the multiple layers of softer voices, underneath the main voice, partly echoing but partly also saying other words, which I had difficulty catching with my conscious mind. That felt intrusive, so I cut it short and erased.

What can i say in words to convey what happened on my 9d Breathwork journey?
Well, first it is a truly transcendent experience. Ive only felt like this before under the influence of hallucinogenic medicine. I was floating far above and away yet felt very safe and clear and cozy.
What a trip. There was a high point after about 50 minutes of breathing, a crescendo of sorts, where we held our breath and squeezed and let out a massive scream. 🤯 i didn’t even know where all this energy came from but it was epic as it left all these tiny corners in my being, mostly core now that I recall. Afterward as we recovered and gently slowed, relaxed and came back I swear I was light as a feather.
I have done lots of different breathwork sessions and its all good but this is next level due to the sonic medicine recorded and layered into the soundtract.
They engineer frequencies to intentionally create brain entrainment. This helped me go deeper more quickly.
We are do lucky to have this tool at our disposal.
They have an app too so you can find a session wherever you are or do one on zoom.
