9D Breathwork changed my life in many ways and still does. This community is always helpful, warm and outstanding.

I came into 9D Breathwork at a point where things had been building up for a long time.

On the surface, everything looked fine. But underneath, it was constant overthinking, pressure, and that feeling of always being “on” without ever properly switching off. I knew I was suppressing my past traumas and tried other things to help me, but what a change after experiencing this breath "work".

What stood out to me wasn’t just the breathwork itself, but how it works with the body rather than trying to think your way out of things.

Over the past few months, I’ve seen real changes — not just in sessions, but in day-to-day life. More calm, clearer thinking, and a noticeable difference in how I handle stress.

I’ve now completed my facilitator training and run sessions through my own business, Ctrl Alt Breathe. Seeing others experience similar shifts has been the biggest confirmation of how powerful this work can be.

It’s not about hype or quick fixes. It’s about giving your system the right conditions to reset and release what it’s been holding.

I've been a part of this community since Jan 2023. I think I was in the second cohort of Breath Masters Academy. I started out gradual with 5 day challenge, which led into the 30 day program where I got to experience my first transformational breathwork journey and had my "holy shit" moment. I was in! While growing my business has been very slow for me with it not being very well known in my area, it's slowly getting a little more momentum. It has made and continues to make a huge impact on my healing journey and I love sharing with others.

I've been with 9D Breathwork nearly from its inception. It was incredible in the beginning and now it's reached the level where it's beyond amazing.
