I want to give big thanks to Ronnie and Rob for see through the job which was not easy, They have given it their all and made sure the blocked drainage which has been a headache been dealt with and not only that ,seeing the seriousness of the issues recommend that for further work.

I would like to say a big thank you to Ronnie. After almost 4 years of my down stairs toilet being blocked and having 4 other people try to fix the problem. Ronnie was determined to resolve the problem for me. He done a great job and found the man hole cover that had been covered up by fake grass. He made sure he also put the grass back as best that he could when he had finished.

I just want to give a shoutout to Rob. He came over to my disabled parents house and fixed a blocked sink and drain and went above and beyond in diagnosing another issue that wasn’t on his job list. Rob was patient with my parents and completed a nice clean job. Would highly recommend this company and their service. Thanks again Rob.

Lewis as drainage engineer what an awesome gentleman took care of my sink blockage & he advised me of my next step to solve out the issue in the future. Also the environmental 5 office receptionist Elizabeth called me twice to inform me of Lewis arrival timing. What a great & wonderful experience - 5 star.

Communication from Elizabeth is superb and clear and our visit from Lewis the plumber for our blocked toilet was excellent and very professional - job was done efficiently and super quick! From the moment I was put in touch with the company their customer service has been exceptional. From booking an appointment (via Chelsea) all communication was professional, timely and informative. The Plumbing issue we were having had been seen by many and was yet to be resolved by several companies. However Robert entered the property and from the moment he crossed the threshold it was obvious he really knew his stuff. Within minutes he knew the exact issue and was able to explain clearly exactly what the problem was and show/explain to us in a way we understood what had happened and provide us with a solution. The plumber (Ronnie) who came to help unblock the pipes was excellent and knew exactly what he was doing and did a professional job, couldn’t be happier.
And a special thanks to Elizabeth who I spoke to on the phone, she was very helpful and got Ronnie to come and fix the blockage as well as checking up to see if everything was ok.

A young lad by the name of Alfie came to unclog my drains this morning. Did an excellent job even offered to take his boots off before I asked (very rare these days) but a good job done. Thank you.

Singing Aaron's praises
I was running late for appointment Aaron kindly waited for me. He cleared the drains which were blocked problem 1 solved. The drainage was also stopping washing from working. Aaron didn't give up until the washing was working completely! I've had to take clothes to family to wash for the last 3 months. His patience and kindness is greatly appreciated he has solved so many problems and reduced so much stress he probably doesn't even know it.

Aaron was amazing, polite, friendly and thorough, can't praise him enough. The ladies in the office were also lovely so I can only imagine that they have a great culture. Would definitely recommend.

A young lad named Aaron H came to my property to unblock my sink in the bathroom. He went above and beyond and also tended to my kitchen sink. He was very polite and kind. He was so cool with my dog who is not cool with anybody. He cleaned up after himself. He also waited for me to return to my property as I wasn’t in when he arrived, I can only recommend these guys and say they provide a five star service.

So glad I chose to go with this company , was wary after having the most Terrible experience at Dyno rod. Unlike dyno rod, this company’s staff are so friendly and welcoming . Their engineer was amazing and fixed the toilet in minutes, however he stayed and made sure he done a thorough job . Very reasonable price and thanks to their office and engineer for making this a great experience. Will only use this Company going forward and advise anyone to stay clear of Dyno Rod !
