Had a pleasure to deal with one of the nasty 5Environmental employee/driver where I was verbally and racialy abused, company has been informed as also the Police with the video footage where the employee/driver later admitted the racial abuse, far as I know no action has been taken by the company.

As you mentioned,company has been informed with the video footage over 2months ago where you can see and hear racial abuse of the 5ENVIRONMENTAL employee, if that's not enough to make a decision, same Racists employee when interview with the police has admitted to racial abuse, perhaps forgot to mention that to you.
That clearly showing completely opposite direction regards to the company abuse policy mentioned in your previous replay unfortunately.
"Five Environmental does not tolerate abuse in any form by our staff and if a claim is substantiated, then immediate action would be taken"?

Ronnie did a fantastic job fixing my blocked pipe. He completed the difficult job quickly and his attention to detail was impressive. He was extremely friendly, kind and took time explaining everything he was doing. He even cleaned the flooring and everything before he left which was much appreciated. It was a pleasure to get to know him and I highly recommend their service!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. We called as we had a blockage on the 2nd floor of a rental property and the response time was really quick. Polite lad turned up to fix the problem. Would highly reccomend

Excellent Engineer
I just would just like to say how happy I was with your engineer Alfie for the work he completed in my home. Nothing was too much and he worked with good humour and explained clearly what needed doing and why.
Alfie is a real star, he put my mind at rest because he obviously knew exactly what he was doing. Excellent work and excellent people skills.

My drain was blocked and this company was Amazing they came out the day after I reported it and gave me a time but was running late they called me a couple of times to tell me they were running late so I wasn’t sitting in-all day waiting and thinking they wasn’t coming and they done a good job very happy.

Blocked toilet for 4 years!
I would like to say a big thank you to Ronnie. After almost 4 years of my down stairs toilet being blocked and having 4 other people try to fix the problem. Ronnie was determined to resolve the problem for me. He done a great job and found the man hole cover that had been covered up by fake grass. He made sure he also put the grass back as best that he could when he had finished.

Courteous and caring company
I just want to give a shoutout to Rob. He came over to my disabled parents house and fixed a blocked sink and drain and went above and beyond in diagnosing another issue that wasn’t on his job list. Rob was patient with my parents and completed a nice clean job. Would highly recommend this company and their service. Thanks again Rob.

Lewis as drainage engineer what an awesome gentleman took care of my sink blockage & he advised me of my next step to solve out the issue in the future. Amazing from start to finish. Communication from Elizabeth is superb and clear and our visit from Lewis the plumber for our blocked toilet was excellent and very professional - job was done efficiently and super quick!
