Don't go by positive ratings of this company....They are unreal.
Scam company with fake/bought five star reviews. While sharing my experience on deposit issues since last few days I just observed something very strange. On this platform they had 2.9 rating on a 5000+ base yesterday mid day. And today at about 4:30 pm IST they have a rating of 3.2. How is that possible? Then I saw those flood of entries that happened yesterday 30 July around 1:30 pm onwards, and it pouring in. Check those lame comments behind 5 star ratings and you will know they don't look genuine at all. Trustpilot please run your data check. There are agencies in India who sell ratings given by humans, primariy students. 2.9 to 3.2 in 24 hours? 100s of 5 star reviews in last 24 hours. Wow!! What a scam company is this. Drowning genuine reviews with fake ones.

Despite providing everything, there has been absolutely no progress.
You keep saying the payment is being processed by an external system, but you are unable to provide any estimated timeline, any meaningful update, or any proof that my case is actually being handled. This is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, not endless automated replies.
I am requesting that this case be escalated to a senior team member immediately. If you are unable to resolve this issue, then kindly explain the exact reason for the delay and provide a realistic timeframe.
