Thanks for sharing the email. Yes, i have written email but the response is "withdrawal limits are determined individually for each user and may vary depending on the account". I wonder how my account has gone into withdrawal limitation. However i have done multiple times of deposits with 9k, 17k, 18k, 7k, 15k,...etc. Now i have won only a simple amount and just trying to withdraw some of it. This is completely unacceptable service.
