I feel scammed

I feel scammed. I bought 3 machines (ultimate pro, trilogy ice and power sculpt) we had an offer on for around £38,000 for the 3… I paid the deposit then paid £28,000 out of my father inheritance money and now the £28,000 I paid is nowhere to be seen because after speaking to the lady who sold these to us she confirmed we only had £8,500 left to pay, NOPE APPARENTLY WE STILL OWE £21,000 after been paying over £500 a month for just over a year. Math isn’t matching up!

Contacted to the company as our powersculp machine randomly stopped working and we now have to pay over £700 to send an engineer out, £700!!!!! Absolutely outrageous, we can pay a monthly fee to help cover SOME of the amount but that’s well over £1,000 why would we need to pay that much monthly for machines that are supposed to be ‘THE BEST’…. The machine has not been ‘overused’ we’ve done everything we were supposed to with it and now it’s randomly stopped working?

If you are thinking of going with this company for your machines, I’d look elsewhere… after I called up NUMEROUS times regarding the amount I apparently still owe I have not heard back from ANYONE it’s been months now and I wish I could turn back time and never get anything from this company. Will not resolve your issue or even contact you back if you have one.

We understand your concerns, and we take customer satisfaction seriously. Please allow me to address the points you raised.

1. Payment Breakdown and Balance:

Regarding the outstanding balance, we strive for transparency in all our transactions. After reviewing your account, it appears that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the payment terms. The £28,000 you mentioned was likely part of the overall payment plan for the machines, with the remaining balance spread across the agreed-upon monthly payments with your Finance provider. To clarify, we recommend you refer back to the finance contract you signed at the time of transaction and confer with the Finance provider as we are not responsible for any of the agreed terms other than the transaction value for the equipment. If you feel there is an error, we are happy to speak with your Finance provider to help seek clarity, please contact us directly and provide permission to your Finance provider to enable us to speak with them.

2. Power Sculpt Machine Malfunction:

We understand the inconvenience caused by the malfunction of the Power Sculpt machine. Please know that we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring they function correctly. However, like any piece of advanced technology, there may be unforeseen issues that arise. While we regret the breakdown, it is standard procedure to charge for the cost of repairs when equipment falls outside of our extended warranty terms. We recommend all clients take out an extended warranty which includes travel, parts and labour, and where required, a stand in device while your machine issue resolved. We apologise for any frustration this may have caused, and we will work with you to resolve the situation as efficiently as possible. I believe our customer service team has been in contact with you and we are awaiting confirmation from yourself. We can see the initial communication was raised with us on the 8th of Jan 2025, we contacted shire immediately and asked them to communicate directly with you. last communication to the business was on 27th Feb, after multiple attempts from us to contact you (as recorded on our systems), we have since communicated via email and believe we are working towards a resolution for your device.

3. Customer Service Response Times:

We aim to provide excellent customer support, and it is concerning to hear that we have not met your expectations. We value your feedback and will address the concerns raised with our customer service team to assess the situation and if an issue has occurred, prevent this from happening in the future. Your concerns are important to us, and we will ensure that you are contacted promptly to address the outstanding issues.

We genuinely want to resolve these matters to your satisfaction, and we are committed to providing you with the support and clarity you need. Don’t buy machines they are not worth it .

Awful customer service.. once you buy machines no after support.. it was messy they didn’t had my right address on salon finder !!!
I bought cos of my friend who insisted otherwise I would not have invested!!! Paying for these every month from my pocket .. my clients prefer THE HYDRA FACIAL not these …
Caused unnecessary debt .. can even sell these and my Derma force is brand new bought since 2021 not even a single client got interested!!!! This company is scam !!! They charge so much for engineering visit or service care packages complete rip offf !!! I HaTE this company !!! Pls be aware before of purchasing from this company !!! Also they not helpful with after training support too .. rubbish!!!!

The MD has changed this whole business and installed my confidence in the company

After a very disheartening start to my journey with these machines my issue was addressed & resolved by the new MD Dale Needham.

After such a short time of him taking the lead he’s made great change and has /still is keeping contact to rebuild my confidence in this company & the machines, I’ll look forward to my future partnership with 3D

Similar experience to Corrie - faulty machines, huge debt

Similar experience to Corrie. The vaccum stopped working just over 12 months after purchase on the Ultimate Pro and the Dermaforce handle packed up too, luckily a couple days before the 12 months so they replaced that without issue so Ill give them that. They Weren't interested in helping with the ultimate pro however, only asked me to pay a couple of grand for cover for the next year. Probably so high as they know the machine will fail again. You don't expect such expensive machines to break so quickly. They were looked after and cleaned exactly as they had told us. The machine handles were never dropped or damaged. Now Stuck with a faulty machine, another 3 years worth of lease payments, and then will have to fix the machine before handing it back! Initally was told it was a hire purchase and that I would own the machine when it was paid off, then tricked into signing a lease hire agreement which says in small print "you wont own the machine after" £31k in total for two machines that broke in the first year. The machines are only used a handful of times per week, not as lucrative as people make them out to be. Fabulous. Never again

This company has now resolved our issue bu offering us an alternative machine. We are now happy with the outcome from this company and are excited to try out our new skin scanner.

muched improved

After a rocky start with the company and numerous issues with our machine we have finally come to a resolution and our machine issues have been resolved. Dale was a massive help and i hope to gain lots of clients from this new treatment.
