I have recently purchased two devices from 3D, I am extremely happy with the results produced so far.
Training has been extremely informative with trainers providing in-depth knowledge and background of the equipment and their uses.
The teams are supportive and answer queries quickly, any issues which I came across have been resolved quickly.

Aaron has been an absolute superstar! I enquired about the machine & then my work life got very stressful & it was put on the back burner. However Aaron sympathised with my situation, gave me space to sort out my recruitment before getting back in touch and guided me through the whole process! The machine is due for delivery soon. The training booked in and I know help is just at the end of the phone! Very happy with the customer service I’ve received so far 😊

Aaron has been very helpful and patient with me. Always there to answer any queries. Has been a great account manager so far. This is my 1st big purchase for my clinic and he has made sure I’ve been supported the whole journey

Mel from 3D has been absolutely incredible from the first contact with her! I’ve been in talks with her about buying some devices for my clinic for over a year and she has been extremely patient, super helpful, friendly and supportive.

I have spoken to many other manufacturers who really give the hard sell, are extremely pushy and have felt pressured by others in the past. However, Mel has been entirely different and this has been a key contributing factor in my decision to choose 3D. I attended an in person demo at HQ and was welcomed from start to finish by Mel and the wider team, with no question unanswered and a comprehensive demo with both hands on elements and educational presentations.
