Wish I could give 10 stars this company valued my house as part of a shared ownership sale few months back in that process they were AMAZING, giving us everything we needed in 48hours, and recently we needed a desktop extension from them within 24hrs and the team were more than happy to help pushing everything through, I cannot thank them enough *****

We had a survey booked in less than 24 hours (for 4 week's time) and they took care of the all additional arrangements. I have very recently used 3 Counties and have been really impressed with their service. From enquiry to completion of the survey it was easy to organise, had great comms and the report was easy to understand. Our surveyor took the time to call and explain findings in a way we could understand and make decisions on with our purchase. Following the survey we have asked for further services to help with some decisions and they have been really accommodating and helpful. Will definitely use again for any further surveys we may require in our future.

They would come 2nd!! Booked 3 Counties to carry out a survey on a property. got a phone call shortly after the survey was carried out with a brief summery. This was followed up with a detailed written report. The survey flagged up a major issue with the property as well as numerous smaller issues. Amanda (who organised the dates etc) and Liz (the surveyor) were brilliant to work with. Great to find a company who are very professional, do a thorough job and leave the customer satisfied. Will be updating Liz on the outcome of the issues she found, just to complete the job. 5 star and would highly recommend them.

3 Counties have been superb from start to finish. Excellent support and very efficient help from the office staff has since been added to with my direct experience with the surveyor himself, who was happy to take time discussing the survey over the phone, following my receipt of a fully comprehensive written report. A great business to work with, making the whole process really easy. I would highly recommend 3 Counties.

The experience of engaging Tony McKenty from 3 Counties Surveying Ltd was excellent in all aspects. The organisation is backed up with very good and prompt administration with a high quality, well structured report.Crucially the ability to call back and review topics with Tony was a very strong positive.

Tony and Hayley maintained really good communication with us throughout the process. Everything was very clear and responses were always prompt. We received a quick telephone call immediately after the survey to run through the points we had specifically asked Tony to look at for us. Then Tony was very happy to respond to any subsequent questions we had after we had received the detailed report.

I contacted 3 Counties Surveying Limited to provide me with a Valuation Report for my Help to Buy as part of my house sale. I firstly received contact from Amanda Morris within an hour from contacting the Company which really surprised me, thought it would be days or a week at least. My appointment was booked by Amanda for two weeks later for Liz Mckenty to visit me at home to carry out an internal inspection of my property. Amanda was in constant communication with me, was very kind and approachable, and extremely efficient. Liz visited me at home , was on time, very polite, warm and friendly. The visit was short and Richard and I were delighted with Liz’s approach and also completely the valuation report by the end of the day . Amanda again communicated with me that the payment had been received and the report was completed. I would definitely recommend this superb Company , so timely, efficient and really nice people to deal with.
