I would recommend 3 Counties Surveying to anyone buying a house in their area. Hayley and Tony were really quick to communicate and the process of enquiring and booking a date for the survey was done in a couple of hours. The report came back very quickly and was very thorough and easy to follow.

Recently had a structural survey performed by Tony at 3 counties. Great communication, and a really straightforward process. Would happily ask Tony for any future work.

Amanda was very helpful, calling me before the survey to talk through some of the points that I had asked Liz, to look at during the survey. Efficient, pleasant to deal with and clear report

Great customer service. A surveyor appointment was available very quickly and the surveyor even removed their shoes before entering my flat. The valuation was sent back the next working day. I would highly recommend this firm.

Amanda was very friendly and worked quickly and professionally to arrange a Homebuyer Survey for the property we’re purchasing. She is fab!
My other half spoke to Liz the surveyor, and we were both pleased to get a phone call following the survey to give a brief overview and provide some initial reassurance. She delivered a comprehensive survey quickly and has enabled us to be fully informed about the property.
Never used 3 Counties before, and whilst we don't intend to move for a good long while after this (the joys/stresses of moving, eh!), we will gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone we know.

I loved working with 3 Counties. I got an appointment for a survey very quickly and got a call straight after where he took the time to ran me past his evaluation and explained everything in detail. The report got sent very quickly after I paid the bill. You can feel that they are a local business which is eager to have close costumer relationships. As the old saying goes 'You are not just a number'.
