Don’t buy there: 6 months ago I bought an item with 3conbuy, but I still did not receive it! They answer my mails, and say don’t worry. But nothing happens. DON’S BUY HERE!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A CASE FROM THIS COMPANY, PROBABLY BEST TO AVOID COMPLETELY. Really wish I had checked out Trust Pilot first as people seem to have had similar experiences but I bought two Samsung S9 cases from them as I had seen an add on Instagram that made out that the cases were extremely durable and I had been shopping around for a 360 magnetic case for a while. On the first day I placed my phone down on a wooden table and my phone ever so slightly caught the corner of the table, the case immediately shattered into a million pieces! My partner who had the 2nd case just found it very unresponsive. The cases wernt cheap so I was pretty annoyed. I wrote a polite and reasonable request for either a refund or new cases to be sent but this was eventually (about three weeks after two emails) met with a reply that the case is durable and that this was proven as it made it in the post in one piece and therefore It was my fault and my problem (to power phrase) that it broke and the 2nd case didn't function properly. I replied expressing that this was not a satisfactory response- if I carried my phone around in a polystyrene box the case would be fine but as that's obviously not the case, making that point is irrelevant. I have sent several emails since asking for another response as an automatic reply is sent saying the company will respond within 24hours and have not heard anything for several months. Very annoying!!

I ordered a cell phone case, for my Samsung Galaxy S8 plus and received a case that did not fit. I emailed 3conbuy and requested the correct case and received no response. 3conbuy has my money and I have a case which serves no purpose for me. Do not buy from this company.

DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSIDE, I ordered a couple of bra’s over a month ago, and I paid express shipping, I text them and everything and they haven’t responded me at all , Im really sure that I just lost my money

I bought a case/cover for my mobile (Magnetic Adsorption Transparent Tempered Glass Two side Glass Cover Phone Case For HUAWEI P20/Pro), a case supposedly so hard as to stand against a hammer beat and drill scratches, according their ads. In less than a month and in the FIRST fall off of my phone to the ground (from less than a meter high) the case broke very badly. I contacted them as to ask for a change/refund and the only thing they told me is that "the case arrived safely to my home" and that "proves the hardness of the case"... I even asked them to change for a cheaper cover (the one that crashed so bad costed around 22US$) with no success... So this is a bit of warning for you all thinking about buying from 3conbuy.com

Think twice before you trade with them.

Absolutely disgusting service. Bought a phone case for my OnePlus 6 & fell apart with in a week. Have emailed them, they asked for photographic evidence. Have provided that & sent more emails since & now not answering any of them. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Recently purchased Huawei phone protector.
