We had a great experience with Melissa and Adam, they both were very helpful and kept us updated at all times.

I live in muskoka and even in a blizzard sent a lawyer for our signing since could not get there and the local lawyers were to expensive to do with. The good above and beyond for there customers.

Our experience was great with our two Consultants Melissa Noseworthy and Patricia Gomez. They made the lending experience very smooth and quick. They were very clear about required documents to complete transaction. Me and my husband very grateful to them for laising our loan and consolidating our debts and planning additional income.

I usually don't give reviews, but I felt I should because of the experience I had with Dimitri and Adam. My wife and I appreciated the open communication and how quickly they are to respond throughout the whole process with our questions and concerns we have had. For one example, in our conditions our well water needed to be tested, it failed. I called Adam and let him know the situation. At this point I was frustrated and worried about not meeting the conditions. With in the hour Adam went out of his way and got a hold of local plumbing business in our area. He gives me their number and they're expecting my call. From there I got my well chlorinate and one step further (my call) I agree to install a UV system.
Never, have I had someone go out of their way to help us out the way he did. They have all my respect. I definitely recommend them; you won't be disappointed.

Very knowledgeable and advised me of every step involved in the process so there was no confusion or uncertainty. Melisa followed up even after the closing to check to see if all are ok :) This kind of customer service I have not experienced ever before.
