I would definitely recommend 360 landing…working with Melissa and Jessie was pure pleasure…the way they explained everything to us and took time to explain everything. We are very happy with the outcome.

I liked the fact the agent's we dealt with replied quickly and advised us of what we needed to do to get the ball rolling. The process was pretty straightforward at the beginning but closer to the closing things got a little chaotic. Also we didn’t get the full amount we were expecting due unexpected legal fees from the lenders lawyers. It was a bit stressful for me but now my bills are paid. So having a little pain for lots of gain was worth it.

I happened to call 360 Lending one day just to see what they offered. Dimitri was the first person I spoke to and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. He was so professional and easy to talk to. I decided right then, I was going to have a seemless experience. I then dealt with Jessie for the next steps. She was also very professional and was great in guiding me through the process, step by step, so nothing was missed. I was so impressed and thankful for everything and all was in such a timely manner. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!!!

As far as I am concerned Dimitri is so stellar I am floored. He is excellent! The only reason was timing - I needed to close financing in 5 days and 360 needed 7-10 - it was a condition of sale as I was buying a home that had sold twice and was able to get it for a good price only if I could close financing in 5 days. I am sad I am not with 360 to completion.

I thought maybe I wouldn't have a chance to pull equity out my home but they helped me out and did it very quick aswell. If your looking for a place that you can trust and one that will do everything they possibly can to get you approved and on your way with whatever you need the money will be using them again in the future 😊😊

Melissa is not only honest but she is also genuinely interested in someone having a good mortage shopping experience. Unfortunately alot of Mortage agents have a bad habit of thinking of themselves first. Melissa on the other hand is a different breed! She answered all my questions and kept up with my progress. We felt from the start that they genuinely wanted to help us, their communication was excellent, always kept us up to date on what was happening....always talking to the same people was such a pleasure, not being sent from person to person to person....if you said something once you did not have to repeat again to another person.....it was an all round great experience, probably the best ever. This experience took place over the phone and virtually with much success and took place Dec. 2023 to mid January 2024
