I would like to thank this company for searching for my vauxhall viva os rear door. They kept in touch by email and sent me a quote. I had been unable to locate one myself. I am very happy to give 247 spares a good recommendation.

Further to my original review, I can confirm that they refunded my monies within the 5 days specified. I managed to find an alternative part and 50% more cost.

Complete rip_off don't use this website I spent 449,00 in my order is gone

The price quoted for the part I wanted was astronomical. The vendor was unhelpful and patronising, said I'd be lucky getting that part anywhere else. Maybe I was unfortunate, but my experience tells me these people are just rip-off merchants.

Contacted 247spares for part we required,got four contacts,within two hours.Made purchase same day,ordered part recieved within 48hours,fitted to our customers vehicle,next day. In our experience highly reccomended.

I was reluctant to write a review, as I do not like to leave a bad review, when anybody can have an off day. However, having read all their reviews, I can only agree in my experience. I 1st tried to find a part for my car on 4/5/21. I have applied for a quote approximately every other day, to no avail. 5 months @ 15 times per month is 75 tries to find a not uncommon part. Nevertheless, today has been the last straw. I tried, again, to place an order for the part, only to be told by the system that I had misquoted my e-mail address, which was untrue. The e-mail address was exactly the same as I had always used. When I again confirmed this, the system informed me that I had also quoted an incorrect telephone number; this again, was untrue, as the number that I gave was again, exactly the same as I had always given, which had always been previously accepted. Maybe 247 Spares are tired of my repeated attempts to secure a part for my vehicle, but I will no longer waste my time trying to do so. I may not have described the part correctly, but surely after 75 attempts to get a part, if I was doing something wrong, I would have been notified along the lines of "incorrect part quoted". However, from reading the reviews here, maybe I should count myself lucky that they were unable to find me a part, thereby saving me a lot of time and expense! I will try locally; I doubt if it will take nearly 6 months for a part to be found!!

247 come on where is your conscience, supply your contact number where people can actually speak to someone and publish your address I need to mail you with my complaint as your site doesn't work, and you telephone system is crap.

Referred to a spares company in Sheffield...even after a conversation with Jack, the incorrect part was sent. Months and months of phone calls...no luck. I sent the part back and had to get my bank to refund me. Nightmare ..caveat emptor .....

Please please please avoid 247spares like the plaig they do not answer phones, you will run up a big bill
deliberately miss type your ref; so you cannot complain by e mail, then after leading you to another unscrupulous back street scrap dealer, accept no liability what -so- ever
if he sends you the wrong part (even with the correct information etc) you, yes you , will pay the postage to and from the supplier my 1st and last dealing with this lot!

and what an ignorant nasty couldn't care less individual called Jack who more or less suggested it was my own fault that he sent out an incorrect part via 247 spares

Wanted a new black Toyota Hilux Invincible wheel arch. Went through their search engine and got a quote. Brilliant! Then it went all downhill after that. Got a call from Jap Parts saying they had the right part and in immaculate condition at £120. So I paid and awaited the item. When it arrived, it was for a different make of Toyota, was Silver and looked like it had been kicked around the breakers yard. Asked for them to collect the item and issue a refund. They wanted us to send it back at our cost originally but I refused and said that as it was their fault, they should arrange a collection, which they did. Took photos of the wheel arch for proof of condition and also how it was packaged up so there would be no come back. Waited for the refund and guess what I only got £100 back. Been backwards and forwards with 247's support which is a joke, they no longer respond and you just can't get hold of Jap Parts. Don't bother to call as it is premium rate.

Dishonest and absolute time wasters. The web reviews say it all really, unfortunately I only read them after making an order. I had initially ordered parts from this company for next day delivery. Half of the order turned up after 5 days, the rest of the order never even turned up. Asked for refund after a month and never got one. After 2 months, at least 15 emails and several phone calls, I had to resort to calling Visa to sort out the refund for me.
It amazes me a how anyone would want to run such a sham of a company? I dealt with two guys an Alex Paredes and an Ashley D, they go under the name of RS Automotive (Essex), 247spares.co.uk and carparts365

Excessive telephone charges, calls unanswered or left on hold and if one does get through the promised call back never comes! Use at your peril!!
