After what I found was a confusing application funds were paid out quite quickly now the difficult bit is over I would use 24/7 again

This company avoid at all cost put a 80.00 loan in my account without permission I sent it back they sent me 36 texts in 10 days they harrassed my works. Staff put phone down on me they then sent a direct debit through and stole 127.00 after I paid it back .they ignore emails wont let you speak to anyone higher.will take to county court and feportred them to financial omnibus man.

247 are openly a dishonest company and I cant understand how they are allowed to trade.....I received a small loan of £80 which I repaid in full on the day, a week later I noticed a sum of £28.85 had been withdrawn out of my account by a name I didn't recognise. I phoned my banks fraud dept and as soon as I said 247 moneybox the lady explained that in the terms and conditions of moneybox they can pass ALL your details to 3rd party companies. fool for me for not reading the terms but without any correspondence at all i had been joined to a monthly subscription of £28.85. AVOID 247 MONEYBOX AT ALL COSTS...A TOTAL DISHONEST GANG OF SCAMMERS. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I give them 3stars because they keep giving me less loan ,not what I apply for...first I apply for 800£ they give me 60£ then I apply for 600£ and again they give me 60£....I don’t understand what they think I can do with 60£ but I take it,because I hope we busy building trust here..and that day they give me 600 that I needing ,l will give them that 5star.

Staff were very helpful especially stacie handled all my issues and when I had a issue with my loan as wages going in a day late they were very easy and understanding and helped me pay it the next day

Great service money was in my account very quick and the payback interest is extremely low

Avoid like the Plague

I have no option to give Zero Stars

Having decided to apply for 2 loans then cancelling them I found 2 separate companies (3rd Parties) that were passed my details by 24-7 Money Box, both companies removed funds without my knowledge or authorisation.
I never took a loan out.
By filling out the loan application and ticking boxes (no information about removing money from your account is noted) this affectively allows 24-7 to pass ALL your details (including bank) to other companies.
When I reviewed my online bank account I found that I had monies taken out for services which I never actually signed up for (without consent or knowledge).

These 3rd party companies only have a landline for "cancellations", have a direct website that you need to type in the exact web address (you cant google them)
They wont refund monies taken and the staff are belligerent and reply from a pre-written statement.
I have reported 24-7 & associated companies to the FCA.

Helpful staff, sorted my problem out within 5 minutes to lift a massive weight off my mind..
