Absolutely shocking service and customer service. Was confirmed I would get a refund 4 weeks ago. Still waiting.

Had threatening emails from this company the last 3 months claiming I still owe -£141 even though I had paid them off 3 months ago. When I rang them customer service informed me that they had taken too much money from me and I was due a £141 refund. This complaint and refund was processed nearly a month ago - before their liquidation - and I have received nothing. Their customer service is utterly appalling, every time you ring up they tell you something different!!!!!!!

Honestly, I'm waiting for a refund that's supposed to take 3-5 working days and it's now turned into a whole week. The problem is with these guys, they will not respond to your emails and they do not even give you information about what is going on. However, when they want you to take a loan they are all over you, calling and emailing you. But when you need a simple refund you have to find information out via google, they don't even have the decency to tell you what is going on. And they all telling you different things, one lady said it was just the website that had crashed and it was getting fixed but google is saying the whole company has gone bust 😡😡 24/7 I want my money.

Was expecting my refund today, but have just found out they have gone into administration! So not sure where all the positive comments are coming from and what they are for as have been unable to get any answers from anyone!!

This is a great service I have used more than once without problems although this past time I had some major personal problems resulting in me defaulting my last loan repayments. This caused me so much worry which it needn’t have as once I got in touch they were amazing and were very happy to make arangments that were best for me during this. It couldn’t have been any better so thank you Stacie and moneybox from Claire mendresr
