Terrible service
We had solar panels and heat pump installed by Green building renewables (now renamed 21 degrees). Terrible service. Install was significantly late, with much turn over of personnel, and some installers not having the requisite knowledge. They had to send an engineer down who knew more but that further delayed the install. And now half a year later we still have not received all the expected paperwork. We tried calling and emailing multiple times and we just kept getting fobbed off with promises they are looking into it. nothing has materialised so far. This is very disappointing.

The windows were installed in 2 stages…
The windows were installed in 2 stages and throughout the team were helpful, supportive and efficient. The fitters were very good at minimising the disruption and worked quickly but paid attention to detail.
