Having recently moved to Hollowell, we were looking to replicate our old system. Following our initial contact with the company, we were impressed with the professional interaction, suggestions and advice.
This continues with the survey, and then the fitting, all of which were better than our expectations.
This is a rare thing, I would have no problem in recommending this company to any prospective customer.

the installation started well with the survey being thorough and carefuly explained. the team of engineers worked well in and around our house to get it all done - and their was a lot to do. despite a slight overrun the job was completed in good time and handed over by the lead team member who explained what we needed to know. we were pleased that the team made minimal mess or disruption as the instal took place too.
apart from rememebring we would need a main fuse change a bit too late get it done before everything was finished we have been very pleased with the way everything is working so far.

Great service. Fitted us in at short notice to install an ev charger. They’d previously installed solar panels and batteries for us, so we knew we’d be in good hands. Great support with questions on the phone after.

I recently had an air source heat pump installed by 21 Degrees and following a few quotes and on site meetings from various companies I went ahead with 21 degrees. Firstly 21 degrees were the best price on a like for like basis and following an on site meeting with Mark and Natalie, the service and professionalism along with the knowledge they had was excellent. The team who installed the heat pump were punctual and provided me with an all round excellent service. They were very friendly, tidy and excellent at their job. I was kept informed at every stage of the process too. Thank you to all involved at 21 degrees, I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of having an air source heat pump.

MVHR service is personal and detailed. I worked with the designer to review and refine the detail until we were all absolutely satisfied it will work. It makes developing an MVHR scheme a pleasure.

The workmen were wonderful and put right any minor issues that resulted from having to take out the windows. They even put back our roller blinds!
They friendly but undemanding. They also came when they said they would and the work was well co-ordinated between them and finished on time.

A really great experience from survey through to handover. The on site team were very quick and efficient at installing and commissioning the system. I had solar panels and a Tesla battery put in, as well as an Eddi water heater. The team were knowledgeable, polite, diligent and tidy workers. The system itself has been brilliant with no faults or issues at all in the month since installation. 21 Degrees were easy to communicate with and there was none of the nonsense that you might get with some of the less scrupulous traders out there. I would highly recommend 21 degrees for your solar and battery installation, and I would consider them first for any further electrical work that I may need in the future.

Fast delivery on airtightness products meaning it didn't hold up the work I was doing. Would buy from them again.

Thanks to 21 degrees for a brilliantly-designed MVHR system that quietly does its magic - keeping the house full of fresh filtered air and eliminating moisture and mould from the house. Its heat exchange properties mean that you're not losing heat from house to ventilate. The metal pipework looks beautiful as well! The team at 21 degrees were consummate professionals and have responded quickly and efficiently to all enquiries. Highly recommended!

The specialist items I needed delivered on time. Only grumble is what seems a high delivery charge on a small order.
