This receiver was EXACTLY what I needed!
I have a Minka Aire fan (Model F594) that stopped speaking to my wall control switch. I replaced the controls with a handheld remote, but it turned out the receiver was the problem. I wish I could attach a photo here, but it is indeed the green Minka Aire receiver with one black wire and one white wire coming out of one side and one blue wire, one black wire, and one white wire coming out of the other side. Getting the old receiver out was fun because there were two THICK squares of foam double-sided tape attached to the receiver, holding it down, in addition to the metal bar and two screws. I really had to pull on it hard to get it out of there. Also, I had to snip all the connections and remake the exposed ends because the wire nuts from the factory are permanently attached on the original connections. Other than that, once the power was restored and the light switch was flipped, I pushed the stop button on the remote for 10 seconds and then the light blinked twice. Success! I am so happy that I didn't have to replace my fan. I received an email with the FedEx tracking number when they shipped it on a Wednesday, and I received it on a Saturday. Since I placed the order on a Monday morning, and the Saturday delivery was outside the 3-day delivery promise, I followed their directions online to request a partial delivery charge refund. I quickly got a response from Princess, and she refunded $10.00 to my credit card. Sweet! Very responsive and friendly. I would recommend 1STOP lighting without hesitation. Thank you!

I misunderstood what cabinet lighting was needed for a home project and had to make a return but after only getting a partial refund because of a mix up with shipping labels, I had to reach out to customer service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you get what you ordered, great! However, I placed an order for 3 different items. Two of the them showed up quickly without any notice of the 3rd. You will not get anyone on the phone, ever! It's strictly digital pointing to their website. Then, fill out the form asking about the 3rd item and get the email back saying it's "undeliverable".

Great customer service.
Two hours after I ordered 3 kitchen pendant lights which were on sale, I saw that they were further discounted. I contacted case management to see if they would honor the further discount. I received an email quickly requesting I provide a screen shot of the further discount which I did. My request was honored. Jay-Pee did a great job. My pendants are on the way too. I would definitely purchase from this site again.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The great customer service rep at 1StopLighting, Princess, came to my rescue and offered me compensation even when the manufacturer of the light I purchased refused. The manufacturer acknowledged the light had changed from the one advertised online. But they would not make reparations for the extra money I would have to put out to make the light useable. 1StopLighting did, even though the fault lies with the manufacturer. That's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

As my contractor was installing we decided to purchase a different switch. I called and Immanuel to return the switch last I had bought and order new ones. He was very professional and friendly. No over the phone customer service
It's not good service when you need customer service and this company forces you to use an online chat and a series of questions and answers to try to help. A solid company like build.com has a whole team of well spoken agents that are ready for all your needs. When I did an online chat with Gerard, we finally got my return taken care of but Gerard waited a minute or two in between every typed sentence to respond.

Outstanding Products and Service
I have ordered 5 Uttermost lamps in the past 2 weeks from 1StopLighting and not only do they have the best prices (check the promos!), their service is also top notch! The lamps are gorgeous! There was an issue that Princess at 1StopLighting personally helped me resolve the same day. I don't leave reviews often, but this company is so outstanding they have earned my repeat business! I have used 1stoplighting for several purchases over the last couple of years with no issues at all. My most recent experience was worth writing this review. I discovered after placing the order that we ordered the wrong fan for our room, and needed to cancel the order. I was concerned since this can prove to be very challenging. Junnelle was the agent I spoke to via chat, and the assistance I received was unsurpassed. I felt that the support was above and beyond my expectations and I have absolutely no hesitation with coming back for my next lighting purchase. I highly recommend. It is easy to recommend when everything goes as planned, but when you need to address an issue, yours or theirs, is when a company truly shows its customer commitment.

My 2-3 experiences with 1StopLighting have been uncommonly good. Mostly, they revolved around a fixture that was defective, the first "fix" (a failed driver) didn't actually fix the problem, so the entire fixture needed to be replaced. It hadn't arrived after a couple of weeks, so I contacted 1StopLighting again, and Gerard, when he joined the chat, already knew exactly what my issues was and indicated the full replacementn fixture would be going out to me this week. I'd just have to say, the entire demeanor of the customer service people at 1stoplighting points to training AND attitude that one rarely, if ever, encounters.

Delivery Timeframe VERY Misleading
I ordered from them because the website indicated a 24 hour Delivery Or a guaranteed $25 refund. When the order hadn’t even processed the next day I reached out to customer service. I was told the 24 hour delivery was not a guarantee, but a “Delivery Incentive.” Whatever that is!? The item finally arrived 5 days later, well outside of the timeframe that I needed the product. Price of the item and customer service was fine, but I would much prefer an honest and accurate delivery date so that I can decide if their company is best suited for a purchase that I need sooner rather than later. The Delivery Incentive date is highly misleading.
