Complete fraud scammed me from malta brought parts didnt even reply back

I have sent emails asking when will I get my item and no one gets back to me. Its a lot of money i spent and I have still not received my item

The 1st choice spare part was simple to navigate. And the response came within the first few hours of the following working day. The dealer I chose from the list was also very responsive, AAH MOTORS, Birmingham. Thank you!

I made a schoolboy error with the wrong company on a previous review, missing out the crucial word of 1st Choice Car Spares.

Allison, from 1st Choice Spares UK Ltd, made me aware of this and with that being said, the communication and customer service had been 5*, assisting with my situation as a third party.

Although I did not get the outcome I wanted from 1st Choice Car Spares, the communication from Allison was gratefully received.

I was struggling to find part locally but easier down South. Call handler was helpful with details & pictures. Delivery was very fast & driver was very helpful. Had 1 slight issue but was resolved with no hassle. I’d recommend & happily use again.

48hr Delivery took over a week to arrive and when they did arrive they were incorrect, even after they had my number plate and assured me they would.

I ordered a part on the 5th December, two weeks on and no delivery just a receipt that I had paid by email. I had to contact yourselves to chase up were my part was, as I had no email regarding the delivery time or date, it would arrive. I then emailed yourselves again to fund out were my part was, only to be told they had to send another one out. I was very dubious about this as if they had sent a part out, I would have received an email telling me that it had been despatched. Still awaiting the part not to sure wether I would use 1st choice again

Great at finding parts but then nothing, my first order I was told 4 days after buying it that the part was broke so issued me with a refund (why it took 4 days when it was meant to be delivered within 3 days) so ordered another one to be told a week later that they lost the part so issued me with another refund. Went onto EBay and had one delivered in less than 24hrs

Very poor experience involving both 1stChoice Spares UK and A+C Auto Salvage (UK) Ltd.

I placed and paid for an order through their platform and, after more than a week, received nothing — no delivery, no tracking number, no courier details, no proof of postage, and no estimated delivery date.

If a company takes payment, hosts the transaction, and presents suppliers on its website, it also has a responsibility to ensure basic standards of service, communication, and accountability.

I raised two complaints but received one-line messages; the seller will chase the courier, with no follow-up! Only after I mentioned contacting my credit card provider did a refund suddenly get offered via the supplier (A+C AUTO SALVAGE (UK) LTD), which raises serious concerns about whether the item was ever dispatched.

This was a frustrating and time-wasting experience involving poor communication and a complete lack of accountability from both the platform and the supplier. I would not use 1stChoice or deal with A+C Auto Salvage again.

Brilliant business model, efficient and expert and friendly service, wide selection of prices, and very speedy delivery. I've dealt with them several times and they've never let me down.

Brilliant response. Three quotes took the first one. It was in Glasgow. They had the part for my renault captur. It was at my door in less than 24 hours. Will if needed use them again. Well done guys.

I've been using 1st Choice for some years now as we run a couple of older vehicles, service is always good and delivers are really quick and the people know what they are talking about, really very good, I would recommend 1st Choice to anyone.
