Got the 4 pieces of glass done within an hour and my house is like brand new again!

Had my whole house of glass units replaced at my other property. The lads have done a fantastic job. From the call I made to them right to the end of installation has been exceptional. Keep up the good work lads.

Brilliant service from start to end so easy to deal with no hard sell just gave me the price and it was a fraction of the price of new windows thank you so much the fitter even cleaned my glass after fitting 6 glass units now my sister is getting hers done

Avoid them like the plague! The initial visit and second survey was fine to my property. Paid in advance for two new window and two new door seals. The chap that had come to finally do the job was laid back and felt like not wanting to do the work. Double gaskets on each item were quoted and paid for. The chap reluctantly took single only on two had no clue on job schedules. He didn't replace any on the front door albeit the gasket was seen clearly ripped and stated he adjusted the door without me knowing or permission received. I rang the company and they stated will get a full refund back minus the door adjustment, which was not on the agreed work schedule. Ringing them, no answer. I'll get Mastercard to reimburse.

Firstly, Ali, our salesman, was honest, friendly, fair and did not use sales techniques to get us to accept the quote, he gave us a no frills fair quote which we all thought was fair and rare, fitting however is when things went south, all booked in, son back from uni, on duty to recieve glazers and glazing, solo engineer rocks up to fit large unit to upstairs window, so has to cancel, day wasted, 1st rearrange for following week, then that is cancelled last minute, rebooked 3rd time, only one set of ladders but 2 men this time, working at height regs call for scaffolding, but ladders if footed, nope 2nd man is carrying glazing unit upstairs to pass out to man on ladder, worse still on fitting rubber gasket inside is pinched and distorted.glazers leave. On returning home we see that rubber is now distorted and no longer sealed, call the office which begins a tirade of abuse and a level of unprofessionalism never before witnessed, no offer to come and sort the minor issue so they can be paid, just threats to break in and remove the new unit, and put old one back in, while we are not in, tresspass, breaking and entering, theft (50%already paid upfront) also refusal to return monies paid when they take window, PLEASE AVOID, sorry Ali

Abuse was one way from 1st call managers to ourselves, I am not nor ever will be a loyal customer of a company that behaves this way. We maintain the position that we are happy to pay outstanding balance in full on completion of wort to a satisfactory standard. Your 'offer' to replace new with old was made as a threat not an 'offer', and while we are out, we have never asked you to replace the rubber gasket on our window just to make it as good as it was before you removed the old unit( still no offer of remedial work). we have never asked for nor mentioned a reduction in price, that has come from your side. ME, I am easily pleased, fair price (thanks Ali), well executed job when arranged (x), civil behaviour (x)

From first call to last follow up call the service has been amazing. The company have worked within my budgets and timescales they have been very friendly and professional would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

The repairs done forward us were done to our satisfaction efficiently by a very tidy and polite employee.

On time professionally

Very quick response & great communication from the start to finish. Workman was very polite & took no time at all to complete the work which was a faulty window handle. Very pleased with result & no cleaning or tidying up required. Loved the easiness of payment through a direct link which was sent by text too. No messing about. Will deffo use again.

Only downside was I understand the price included replacement of the lock mechanism. Handle repaired quickly without the need for this, however price remained the same. But the outcome was still the same so am happy.

I contacted 1st call over Facebook and got a call back within a couple of days. The customer service is excellent and an appointment was agreed after hearing my queries. Upon arrival, Adam had a look at the window that needed attention and advised to repair rather than change the whole window. James came to do the work and he was very courteous, though the repair wasn't competed on the first call, an appointment was made for him to come back. All was done to a great standard and I have a window that I can open and close properly.

I contacted 1st Call to survey the dg in my new house and quote for repairs to diamond leaded units. They came out quickly and gave a very good price to replace 5 units + some new handles and locking system on french doors. Came back a second time to measure 2x additional units and check all measurements to make sure diamond leadwork matched up.
Its all been installed today - lovely job very well done has made a big difference, all completed on the hottest day of the year with courtesy and efficiency.
Definitely recommend 1st Call.
