I ordered replacement slats as wanted a change from white to black due to too much light coming through into my front room, it's made such a difference and it looks great. They were easy to put up as already had the clips and weights attached so it simply needed hanging. Price was extremely fair too. I'm really happy with my purchase and would recommend them.

I wish I'd kept clicking past this company online
I had to wait over 3 weeks for the 2 separate deliveries & then, they went to the next street from me (so I had to go & ask the residents there for my parcels).
Then, the 19 slats I finally received were not enough, so I've had to buy 5 more replacement slats from Amazon (which had next day delivery, not in the next 3 weeks).
I'm disabled with mobility & manipulation problems, so the added stress of having to chase my order has had a detrimental affect on my physical & mental health.
I will certainly not be buying from this company again

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your feedback. As explained when we spoke to you, we ship to the address provided by yourself when ordering. You gave us an incorrect address and informed us on the day of delivery which means unfortunately we are unable to change shipping details as the order had already left us by then. We also do advise counting how many slats you require before ordering as again, we do only send what is requested by yourself.

The pink blinds I ordered are beautiful and I actually got the measurements perfect. They look so pretty. It's finished off my newly decorated bedroom. I will be ordering another coloured blind next week. I love them. Thank you. My husband said they where so easy to fit. Thank god I got the measurements correct or I would have been in trouble.
