Ordering was easy

Samples never received, zero communication
Ordered samples three weeks ago, they never arrived. Order tracking is unhelpful, only states 'in transit'. Two emails and customer support chat remain unanswered. But on the bright side, I keep getting emails asking me to review the products.

Blind does not fit, function and is useless
Our blind was ordered or my elderly mum in another town some way from where we live. It was delivered promptly, but upon fitting the blind today, the track is too long and has been calculated the wrong length at manufacturing, it does not work, the sails will not swivel. Mum is extremely dissatisfied as am I.
After e mailing 1 click blinds, they are unwilling to admit an error has been made and 2.5mm tolerance at each end is correct!!! The sails won’t fit on because it’s too close to the wall, are 1 click blinds going to do the right thing ? No they are not! Do not buy from these people you will be wasting your money.

If your measurements are correct then how come the sails do not fit as there it not enough clearance at the end of the rail?

Hi Thank you for your review however this has been made correctly using the measurements provided by yourself. A 5mm tolerance is correct on a recess measurement and unless the measurements have been sent to us incorrect this will fit. In regards to the headrail not moving if you would like to send a video of this we can look and advise the next steps as this is most like the slats have been attached the wrong way by yourself, Thank you
