I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shorts. The 19th Lab (Sarah) customer service supported me immediately, and provided the correct shorts free of charge. Exceptional customer service.

I first ordered my shorts back (4 pair)in November 2025. They were to be a Christmas present. Based on their sizing chart, I ordered XXXL. They were way too big when they arrived 4 weeks later. I tried many times to arrange for an exchange. I was finally contacted by “Sarah” who told me to send my correct size to them and I would have my order resent. She said I could keep the large shorts. That was December 2025. I have contacted them now on 6 different occasions through January and February requesting an exchange and each time they apologize for the delay and say I should have them by the end of the week. It is now March 2026 and still no replacement shorts. This online company is terrible. Avoid them at all costs.
Update to review 26th March
It is now the end of March and my replacement shorts have finally arrived almost 4 months after the initial order. I don’t know if it was the result of this review I did on trust pilot or just coincidence but the company reached out and apologized once again and said my order was on its way. I wasn’t confident but the shorts did arrive 3 weeks later. The shorts fit this time and are very comfortable to wear. Perhaps my original review on trust pilot may not have been so harsh if they had been up front, said they were having supply issues and had given me a realistic delivery date. However, 4 months to sort the problem out really is unacceptable from a customer perspective.

Really like these pants! I have worn a bunch of different brands, some similar, some poor, some good. 19th lab's waist is something I really like! Flexible, fits well, and my thighs are a bit more fitted than usual.

Comfy, surprisingly not wrinkly compared to most pants, will probably be getting another pair in a different color (have black). Affordable and I would recommend!

After being impressed with the comfort and quality of their Tour Flex Golf Shorts, I decided to give the Tour Flex Golf Pants a try! They are excellent - very comfortable, fabric that stretches with your body movement. Also, the waistband has flexibility that keeps it comfortable when you go from sitting to standing, and moving. Nice quality product!

item received and was not what is advertised and quality as abysmal. when requesting a refund on the day i received them, 4 days taken to reply and asked if i wanted a 50% and to keep them. i reiterated id like full refund and no reply yet. will be discussing with Australian ACCC legal regulator now that i have given 10 day notice eperiod.

19th Lab has been great to me so far. Fast delivery, quality products, and getting me prepped to look nice while playing with friends and family!

The Golf Shorts are great but I ordered one size too large as they are a generous fitting. Contacting them via their website was very easy and they replied quite promptly.
No problems with swapping the shorts to a smaller size. Look forward to receiving them.

sizing was way to small , after many emails on how to return they finally replied we will send you exchange pairs.

1 month later nothing

Delivery was ok , main fault is the pockets are too small for card and phone. Having a lot of stretch my first time out having them sliding down and nearly dropping off. A belt is a must with these shorts.

After initially ordering the wrong size I contacted the team via email. 2 new pairs were sent out to me at no extra charge even though it took a while for them to arrive (x-mas new year period).

Great Email communication although a wait for delivery so order in advance. Product looks great on , material is stretchy especially around the waiste. The long pants are a loose fit style and matched the size guide although the shorts seem more like everyday Auatralian sizing, I needed a size replacement. During this, communication was great but the process took a little long. Overall happy with the product, communication and service, will purchase again, can dress up with a belt or just wear. A great, light weight, versitile product, perfect for golf and holidays.

Transaction and delivery were good, but absolutely love the shorts. They are definitely my go to for golf compared with any of the shorts I have had in the past. Size recommendation was spot on for me. Love them.

I am in Australia ... I ordered 3 pairs of shorts ...length of the shorts is too short... Inseam length is 6.5 inches .. none of them fit right. Pockets are too small and the zipper area rides up as you walk.

I have emailed them 6 times over the last 3 weeks to follow up on a return request but have not had any response as yet ...

Ordered 2 pairs and they arrived 13th November as a Christmas gift. Too small, emailed to exchange them. Finally got a response saying they would replace them. I have been emailing weekly with no reply and no goods. I feel I have been ghosted by this company. Oh and it is the 21st of February, our summer here is nearly over.

Buyer Beware, These shorts are nothing but cheap Chinese rubbish. I too fell for the advertising hype. I thought being an aussie company I’d give them a go, my mistake !
Every negative review you read here is true. Want to exchange or not happy, don’t even bother trying to email them as they just ignore them. Customer service is nonexistent. I couldn’t even imagine trying to get a refund. Keep your money in your pocket and go and buy off a reputable company.

Update: Since posting this review I have been contacted by Sarah @ 19th Lab. Rather than return the shorts she told me to keep, gift, or donate the current ones. She apoligised for the late response and said she will arrange a size exchange for me. Fingers crossed...

Update: I previously complained about non-existent support. However, after my negative review, I received instant support from 19thLabGolf and today received 2 x pairs of replacement shorts. The material is excellent and fit now also very good. Pity it took a bad review to get support but all's well that ends well.

I love my new pants! They are lightweight, stylish and comfortable. I'm recommending 19thLabGolf to all my friends and colleagues
