DO NOT PURCHASE RESTURAL- It is an international mail fraud scheme. The item is worth 10 cents. It is sent from an INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE to a US WAREHOUSE that relabels it from a US address. Then if you want to return it for refund, they ask you to mail it to LONDON UK and the postage is MORE THAN THE item is worth and I was offered a 25% refund on a $64. purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RESTURAL.

At the two lowest settings, l felt a mild buzzing, by the time I got to six, it was uncomfortable enough to stop. Then an hour later, I develop a sensation that felt like someone was stabbing my left shoulder, arm and upper left back with boiling hot nails. This lasted for several hours and necessitated a trip to urgent care. I have never experienced this either before or after using the product. Is it possible that I had a defective unit, or could it be related to the fact that I had a radical mastectomy about 25 years ago and there may be permanent metal in that area? PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS!

I bought 2 of these. One was for myself. I suffer severe leg cramps at night. Ive been using it for almost 2 weeks and have had only one cramp. The second one is for my daughter in law. She suffered a hemorrrhagic stroke 18 months ago. She has not started with it because she is doing a clinical trial and the parameters of the study don't want her doing it until the trial is over in May.

I’m starting to see a progressive path by using this mat. My foot is lifting a bit more. It’s coming along. Keep you posted

I would give 0 if possible. I have 2. 1 sort of works, the other does not charge properly and then sends no currents. I bought them for Christmas gifts and now they are useless and you can only return for a short time. I just wanted a new one that worked but was told how sorry they were that I was just outside the return window. Horrible. Don’t buy this.

The unit worked only one day. It broke the next day but she replaced it. Thank you.

I’ve only been using the Restural for about three weeks in addition to my regular PT exercises and I am noticing some progress. Each day I feel like it’s getting easier to lift my foot and the spasticity seems to be improving a tiny bit more each time I use the Restural. I plan to continue using it for as long as it takes! Great product! Thank you.

Purchased in September, 2025. Stopped working December 2025. Emailed and called with no response.
The address they use in NYC is a place where you can go rent a desk and internet for the day. They are a scam! Phones calls & emails are not answered.

The product itself was as expected. I was hopeful it could help my husband with his Parkinson's foot movements, however, I should have read all the questions about the product, because someone alerted me to the fact that it should not be used if the user has a pacemaker - and my husband does. So that was a problem. So, as there was a return guarantee I asked about returning it for the reasons above, only to find out it has to be returned, at own expense, to London, UK.
Once again this was not made obvious as I thought they would have an Australian address to return it too. So disappointed for those two reasons, not product itself.

I started walking without assistance on the 1st day. 3rd day i walked confidently down 6 stairs to the car abt 30 feet. Walked at pt. I was amazed! Pt was astounded as well. Thank you

It took over a month to get it but did not receive the hand stimulation with shipment as expected. Disappointed!

I purchased the Restural EMS foot drop stimulator in August and it finally came in September. Used on and off but after three months will not charge properly. I can barely feel the electrical pulses any more. Tried contacting them no response. Checking Facebook there are many “companies “ using the same product different names. Look up Restural in Guardio not good. Looks to be a scam !

I need to take back my criticism of Restural that I posted yesterday. I was frustrated with the unit not working properly but it turns out that it was my fault. First I was trying to change it with the battery pack plugged into the mat, but it needs to be unplugged to charge properly. And secondly it was only running a few seconds before shutting off. This was because I was putting my compression socked feet on the mat ( it had worked one time so after that I just figured that it was faulty) but when I put my bare feet on the mat it worked perfectly. So I must apologize for my original comment that I had made. It works just fine and it was my fault that it wasn’t.

The problem is the return policy. While they say they will refund, no questions asked, they don’t respond when returning. They ship from Rancho Cordova, California, with headquarters in Wyoming but require return shipping to Europe which is very expensive! In addition to the lack of response once requesting a refund. Very poor customer service.to the day no one responded and we didn’t get our money back. Also they advertise it for essential tremors, yet the device clearly states it’s for people after stoke.
Be carful! This is frodulant!

My partner had a stroke and this product claims to fix foot drop. It does not. I suspect it's benefits are negligible for any of the claims on the website. Don't waste your money.
