Nie wieder Algarve Vacation
Buchung: Apartment Brisbane, Albufeira im August 2025
Nach der Buchung wird man vom Anbieter Algarve Vacation zugespamt. Ich habe zwischen Buchung und Anreise 40 E-Mails erhalten.
Die Wohnung war abgewohnt. Cashcow. Mehrfach Stromausfall, weil Elektroanlage zu schwach abgesichert. Matratzen extrem durchgelegen. Bettwäsche fleckig und dreckig. Und das für mehr als 380 EUR/Nacht!
Mängel wurden bei Algarve Vacation sofort angezeigt und Abhilfe verlangt. Statt zu handeln wurde man mit Entschuldigungen hingehalten. Angeblich würde man sich mit dem Property Manager in Verbindung setzen und intern im Team beraten, wie man schnellstmöglich die Mängel beheben kann. Passiert ist aber NICHTS. Wir kamen uns extrem veräppelt vor. Totale Abzocke. Man vermietet hauptsächlich an Jugendgruppen. Die teilen sich den Preis. Dann ist es ok. Denen ist auch die Qualität des Apartments egal. Also niemals die Unterkunft als Familie buchen.

Thank you for your feedback. Please allow us to clarify a few points. We are sorry if the number of reminder emails regarding the pre check-in procedures seemed excessive. Our intention is always to ensure everything is in order for our guests’ arrival.
Regarding the power outages, we asked whether multiple high-consumption devices were being used simultaneously, as this could have caused the issue, but we did not receive a reply on this matter. The bed linens were changed after you reported small stains on one item, but they were not dirty. As for the mattresses, we understand that personal preferences may differ, though we have not received similar feedback from other guests.
We would also like to confirm that the apartment is fully equipped to welcome groups of all ages. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for a better stay in the future.
