Avoid at all costs. Products come from China, cheap Temu stuff. On the homepage says 2-5 days but didn’t arrive before 3 weeks. Arrogant customer service.

Bra pris, originalprodukt, fin förpackning och snabbare leverans än förväntat! Ska handla igen :)

I ordered from Vinted with earlybird shipment. First showed the app that it takes over a month to deliver it to my mailbox. I waited for two weeks and when I asked them then I got an answer that the package is lost. After 2 more days I suddenly got a notification that my package has been delivered to my mailbox but there was no package and my cameras didn’t show anyone near my mailbox.
When I asked Earlybird help center then they said that their system just shows that it’s delivered but because of the GDPR law they cannot say which address it was delivered to and they never photograph when delivering so that they don’t have any evidence of delivery either.
So long story short - is your package lost then Earlybird does not help and you lose your money and your product.

Blir paketet försenad och mottagaren befinner sig t ex utomlands så är det omöjligt att förlänga pick-up datumet över 1 vecka.
Det var ett fel med systemet också och man inte kunde identifiera sig med bank-id för att någon annan skulle kunna hämta ut paketet. Krångligt med chat-robot och äntligen fick man svar via e-majl dagen efter och då var QR kod tillgängligt men i övrigt väldigt stor krångel kring ett litet paket med bebisklänning.
