Would recommend

With the other reviews, I was a bit skeptical. However, I can say that I am beyond pleased with my purchase. Items were shipped quickly and the quality of the items is excellent. The prices were cheaper than elsewhere. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others.

Good site but...

I can fully understand why a lot of people have success with this site.
I ordered 2 pair of glasses, 1 of which I liked and the other I dont and wont wear. I think the lack of accurate photos of people wearing glasses on the site, means that you hope for the best without knowing what they will really look like. Unfortunately for me, this meant of the 2 pair I ordered, I only like 1 pair and will only wear 1 pair.
I had issues with the courier that they use, which doesnt add to the overall customer experience.

Excellent customer service

Fantastic experience with the staff members of Tegel in Huis Mijdrecht. I couldnt find the colour of the tile that I needed and asked for help, they were very happy to assist me and give options. Whilst we started the conversation in Dutch, they were happy to assist me in English when I got slightly confused.
I think excellent customer service is important and this business completely hit the mark. Should I need tiles in future, this business will be my first stop.

Do not buy from this store! Horrific experience with company

I placed an older online and it was shipped incredibly quickly, unfortunately this was the only positive with my order. When I received the box, it was obvious that something had broken inside. Opening the box, I noticed an item had burst open and other items were damaged. It was a mess to clean up! Every item purchased had to be cleaned. I threw the damaged items away, as they were clearly unable to be used and not fit for consumption. No one opens a package that is a mess and leaves it to sit on their counter. The logical step is to clean up the mess and throw away inedible items.
I promptly sent an email with photos of the damage, asking for a refund (€8ish) for the items which were unable to be used as a result of the damage. I expected a immediate refund.

I woke up the following more to 1 missed call, followed by 10 messages, 5 voice messages and 2 further calls on Whatsapp!!!! All of which were in Spanish… I was told to return the items for a refund.
I responded with an email explaining that I could not send the items, as I had thrown them away from the damage, as they were unfit for consumption. I wasn’t looking to return the order but simply have the 2 items refunded that were damaged in transit as per the photos sent. In line with their T&Cs, they did not take upmost case in packaging and this resulted in the damage (items that are well packed do not get damaged, its that simple).

I received a reply that shocked me and ensured that I had to leave a negative review from their lack of professionalism nor any hint of customer service. Not only was the tone of the email utterly unprofessional, they denied poor packaging resulted in the damage. But then said ‘During shipment some item pressed the bag in unlucky way and is indeed not usable but the can with the damage outside the mix inside is still usable. But if you don't want them then send both items back to us.’ Its not that I didnt want the products, its that the products were DAMAGED in transit, making the items inedible and they had been thrown away!
Followed by ‘please send the damaged bag with Cheetos in plastic bag and the damaged can in box to us, on receiving the goods we will reimburse.’ They were well aware that I had already thrown the items away as per my previous email and were now telling me that if I wanted a refund, I had to take the items out of my rubbish and return them for a refund! As a customer, I would NEVER want to buy something that had been in someone elses rubbish! This is disgusting and utterly unacceptable. Also, I would not want to be a customer of a company who expects its customers to go through their rubbish for a basic refund! Ive had to go through my rubbish to get the items to return for a refund which should have been immediately issued, this is beyond appalling service!

I sent the items back, with an additional tinned item that had been damaged in transit, for a refund of €11,3 and have received a refund for less than half of that! Again, this shows their absolutely lack of professionalism and no customer service.

I cannot recommend this business based on my experience, knowing that the ask customers to take items out of their rubbish which were damaged in transit and unfit for consumption due to damage, so that they can reuse/resell them, as they have said with the tinned item. Dents in tins compromise the can's seal, allowing bacteria to enter, which can make people who consume the contents sick. Lets not forget that its also been in someones rubbish!

This business could have issued a refund immediately with no interaction required beyond, ‘we’re sorry you had damage and have issued an immediate refund’, instead, they demanded I take items out of my rubbish if I wanted a refund, with the intention to reuse/sale one of the items that had been in my rubbish. And for my efforts of going through my rubbish, I didnt even the refund I should have! This is absolutely no level of customer service, for me or anyone who would be buying the items that have been in my bin.

Package sent to another location

Package was delivered to a different location, 6kms away!! The new location is not accessible without a car, making it impossible to collect. There is absolute irony that I received a message that said 'We brought your parcel to a new location so you'd get it on time.' When I cant actually collect the package because its 6kms away and inaccessible with public transport. Absolutely shambles of a company!

Its frustrating because they could be an excellent company, making far more money and having more packages than they have now, but because of their lack of lockers and space in the lockers, items are delivered elsewhere making them unable to be collected.

Ive now ordered from this company a few times and always have a good experience with them. Where items are not available, I receive an email and refund as the before the package is sent. I look forward to continuing to use their services going forward.

Do not make an online order

I would give 0 stars if it were possible, that is how bad my experience with the company has been.
Placing the order online was easy enough. However, after this my experience has been terrible. When I received the box, several items of my order were not included (5 items!!!), a cheaper alternative was provided and no communication or refund has been provided by the company for the items not received or the difference for the cheaper items received compared to the higher price paid.
I ordered a few chilled items, which were added to the box without anything to keep them cold, meaning they were warm/ruined by the time the box was delivered, days after sending it!
Ive attempted to contact the company via their chat and contact buttons on their website but have had no response and it has been over a week since I have raised my issues, all with no response or refund.
Please do not waste your money like I have, to not receive products or receive products which are not chilled properly and throw your money into the wind, because that is what you are doing with this company.

I purchased the easter cookies for myself and as a gift for a friends family for the holiday. The communication and process of ordering were fine. The cookies were absolutely delicious and delivered in a professional way. My friends family loved the cookies and it was a fantastic surprise for them. Name does not match helpfulness of website

The name of the website is click bait for you to share your problem with the suggestion that they are able to help you solve a problem or get in touch with a human in the company to solve your problem. My experience is that when you write your complaint, they then email you to ask you if youve solved your own problem. Er, no, this is why I logged my problem with their company, for them to help me. They offer no numbers or email addresses for contacts within companies for you to get in touch with a human.
Do not waste your time or energy providing any information to this website, as they do not help you in any way but instead email you asking if you have a update to provide them, absolutely absurd!

Charged twice for a single order

When Aliexpress work, they are great and you get what you pay for. However, when something goes wrong, there is literally no customer service and you are left out of pocket. I completed an order and paid for it. I later received an email to say the payment has gone through and I needed to pay again, so I did. I could see on my bank account that both payments were taken out. I attempted to speak to customer service via their chat, who assured me that I was wrong and they could only see 1 payment taken and if I had issues to contact my bank or wait 3-20 days for a refund. I spoke to my bank and they assured me 2 payments were taken and I needed to speak to Aliexpress. Ive since tried to contact Aliexpress several times with no success, they literally provide NO customer support at all. I have now received my order twice, the original order and a duplicated order or the original order. Ive attempted to contact the sellers to ask for a return, however, there is no option to return an item which I didnt order or was at the error of Aliexpress. Its not the the product is ' no longer needed', it was that it was never ordered! The whole situation is frustrating and an issue which Aliexpress has created at my expense. After this, I wouldnt recommend Aliexpress and fully plan to delete my account.

Avoid this website

Please avoid this website. I placed an order on the 8th of May, received an email confirmation and tracking details, which I was pleased with. On delivery day I receive a strange email from a random gmail account with a delivery status, however, it made no reference to Terdys, my order or order number. I received a small package (a cheap ring, which I did not order) and it did not contain any of the items that I had ordered. I wrote to Terdys asking when my items would be delivered, explaining that I had received an item which I had not ordered but none of the items that I had ordered. They explained that according to the order tracking, my package had been delivered and suggested that I check with neighbours. Ive now emailed them again explaining that whilst a package was delivered, it wasnt any of the items that I ordered. I have no faith that the items I ordered were sent and instead I was sent a cheap ring, so that they could say a package was sent and provide tracking details. Only a company who is a sham would do this. This is not acceptable and everyone should avoid. Ive now blocked/cancelled my credit card, as this is clearly not a reputable company. Do not take the risk that I did and do not trust this company with you credit card details.

Unresolved complaint from Oct

Whilst they have a new shiny name of Soly, do not be deceived to believe that they are new, they are enie.nl. Look at the reviews of enie to see others poor experiences! My panels were installed in October and damage was done to my home during installation. Ive written more complaints than I can count and left negative feedback, every time they respond with 'let us have more details', to appear to do something and then do nothing. My last complaint in Feb, remains undealt with. Whilst they have a new name, nothing has changed, better customer service is not being offered and disappointed and frustrated customers remain that way.
