If they say it’s ’In Stock’ don’t believe it.

I checked for some headphones across the web. I found some in stock with Peter Tyson. I paid for delivery in 2 days. I got a notification from a delivery company.
Then… I got an email from Peter Tyson stating the website was wrong and they did not have them in stock but could deliver next month. I agreed but suggested delivery should now be free as they were in the wrong - they declined. I cancelled my order.
Don’t trust the Peter Tyson website. Lesson learned.

Do not trust communication from this company.

I purchased on the basis that my item would be delivered in a couple of days.
The company emailed me stating payment would be taken when the item was dispatched.
The payment was taken from my account, so I was expecting delivery.
Then I was emailed to be told they could not tell me when my item would be delivered as it had not arrived from suppliers.
The original email about payment being taken on dispatch was a lie.
I requested a refund.

The response from AV.com below does not address the fact that they took money from me in breach of the email that they sent out on order.

Pity that they don't acknowledge the lie.

Unfortunately the stock did not arrive as anticipated from the supplier and you were promptly informed of the delay, a refund was then issued as per your request. We apologise we could not fulfil your order as expected.

What customer service?

I bought a CD as new from World Of Books. It was over £9 - so cheaper than high street but not really cheap.
The cardboard cover was completely bent and creased. I emailed WOB. No response.

When is coffee not coffee? When it's an empty tin.

My order of Grind Coffee and cans of coffee arrived. Or should I say an empty coffee tin arrived with my cans of flat white.
I immediately complained. I was asked to supply a photograph of an empty box before Grind would send my replacement. I did so.
I asked for consideration of compensation. I was told I would be getting just the coffee I ordered - but obviously late.
When I complained I was offered 10% off my next order. Wow!
I will revert to reliable coffee distributors who focus on actually delivering coffee and keeping customers satisfied. No daily Grind for me.
