Awful Experience with Ford Assistance

Last weekend, I broke down and Ford Assistance said that help would arrive within 60 to 90 minutes - instead, it took five hours. After the tow, Ford Assistance couldn’t even tell me where my car had been taken.
Over the course of two days trying to locate my car, I spoke to 13 different staff members, and every single one of them repeated the same scripted line: “Ford Assistance is not responsible for third‑party actions.” Not one person could give accurate information, take ownership of the issue, or provide a solution.
On top of that, I was given incorrect phone numbers, conflicting advice, and no follow‑up whatsoever.
If you’re thinking of purchasing a Ford, be warned: based on my experience, if you break down, you nay experience frustration and helplessness. Ford Assistance is unsatisfactory, inadequate, and completely subpar. While I appreciate that the staff may be trying their best, the reliance on scripts instead of practical support is unacceptable.

Received nearly expired flower …

8Received nearly expired flower just before Xmas with almost expired date.
It was dry, bad tasting and gave me a headache.
I chucked it. Now been told it's a supplier problem and that I must provide photos of flower and pack longtime binned.
Very unhappy with their response.
Dare I trust this won’t happen again?
I've replied so you can identify me. Do how do I contact the pharmacy and shouldn't it be your responsibility to investigate properly, as it's your reputation?

Product description was misleading

Product description was misleading. Advertised as comfy but were the opposite.
Unhelpful and Obnoxious customer service.
The shoeshack tried hard to get this review removed by lying. They were unsuccessful and Amazon refunded so their untrue response is sour grapes 😁

Unfortunately in their review, this customer has left out the part where they sent our staff abusive messages.

We provided them with a prepaid QR code as per our returns policy.

Trustpilot were sent screenshots of clear abusive messages from this customer, but they decided to leave this review online as the review itself doesn't go against their policy.

This review does not reflect the service we provide. It's a shame that we are stuck with it.

If you were an authorised additional cardholder on someone else’s credit card account, for example a spouse or partner, the credit card company can't ask you to repay any debts on the card. These are always the responsibility of the main cardholder.

No face to face interpreting available…

No face to face interpreting available the last five times I've tried to book one.
Today, no telephone interpreter available at the time I needed one.

So what's the point of advertising an interpreting service when you don't have interpreters available when required?
