Ordered a motorcycle battery off the website taking the information given that both my battery and the battery being sold were compatible. They were not, I emailed to get returns advice and received an auto reply and no further follow up. I tried calling multiple times to no answer and sent a further email asking for assistance to no avail. I’ve had to purchase a separate battery elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend, complete breach of consumer rights policy.

To which I responded to your emails asking further questions and wanting clarification on the issue expressed.
However, I have just spoke to BOB, he assured me you will give a full refund. Thank you.
