Consumer rights…
Ordered a motorcycle battery off the website taking the information given that both my battery and the battery being sold were compatible. They were not, I emailed to get returns advice and received an auto reply and no further follow up. I tried calling multiple times to no answer and sent a further email asking for assistance to no avail. I’ve had to purchase a separate battery elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend, complete breach of consumer rights policy.

To which I responded to your emails asking further questions and wanting clarification on the issue expressed.
However, I have just spoke to BOB, he assured me you will give a full refund. Thank you.

Response to you on the 22nd and again on the 27th!
Not sure how many times you want us to tell you to return the goods for a refund and our phone lines are working perfectly well.

All goods need to be returned in a brand new , unmarked condition within 30 days of purchase

Batteries are not allowed to be sent via Royal Mail so need to be sent by Courier such as DPD.
