Nach mehrmaliger Urgenz den Betrag minus €5 zurück erhalten. Somit 5€ bezahlt für Nichts.. alle Anderen sind Schuld.. die Royal Mail, der Wechselkurs.. definitiv nicht vertrauenswürdig.

We just saw your 1* review, and must say that it's most disappointing. We wrote to you some days ago and said that if the delivery is lost - which is not our fault but that of Royal Mail - we will give you a full refund by the 28th December, which is tomorrow. You said you rather have the goods, and yes we can send it again, but today is the 27th, so it's very surprising with the 1* review one day before the date we said we would take the next step. We will look at the tracking again tomorrow and if the status is the same, then a refund will follow, as we said all along.

UPDATE: refunded the postage price and postage in full on the agreed date, 30 days after shipping, as the parcel was lost by Royal Mail in transit to Austria during the Christmas period. All out terms are explained in our Terms & Conditions, including that purchases made in Pounds are always refunded in Pounds to the same amount.
