Very early Automatic gearbox failure

We bought a Ford Galaxy in 2020 from Bristol Street Ford in Birmingham. It is a 2019 plate diesel automatic and after covering 87,000 miles we have been advised the transmission needs replacing at a cost of £7400. Despite the paltry miles accrued for a diesel engine Ford UK do not think there is a design fault which warrants them replacing or repairing it! Who would buy an automatic car if they were expected to pay a £7400 bill in 5 years time for a component failure that could not possibly be brought about by bad driving habits? Ford's refusal to assist was politely and sympathetically worded, but of absolutely no ise, especially as we still have thousands left to pay off.

Zane was most helpful and understanding. He resolved the error in our holiday booking quickly and efficiently preventing a disaster for our son's 40th birthday treat. We would certainly recommend this holiday booking service.

Raj was considerate of my difficulties…

Raj was considerate of my difficulties and explained what we were trying to achieve and was careful to ensure I was not in too much discomfort during the exercises and manipulations.

I placed an order after filling in the questionaire only to have it refunded 14 days later with no explanation or update in-between those dates. Bought it over the counter easily! Appalling service.

Jon & Joe kept me up to date with their expected delivery time, which was very much appreciated. They were polite and efficient and helpful. The sofa was delivered undamaged and placed where I asked. I am very happy with the experience.
