I enjoy passing the time with e rewards with most of the surveys quite interesting. The rewards are good and add up quite quickly. I have been using e rewards for a number of years and, until recently, had rarely suffered by the commonly reported problem of not receiving the promised because of quotas being filled 99% into the survey, or when the last question is completed, the survey simply ends with nothing awarded.
This, now, is becoming far more frequent. Such a shame for a mostly trusted system.

When I arrived I was met by Penny who took the time to answer all my questions about all the various suites I stopped to look at. She was really patient and helpful. I decided on a three seter and a two seater and it was arranged very quickly together with the removal of my existing suite.
With so many choices in the store, Penny remained calm and helpful throughout my visit.

Having had a lot of problems with inaccurate bills, due, I was told to a problem with the updating of their computer system, I stuck with them and for the last 18 months I have had no problems at all. Their best fixed rates can only be taken up if you accept a mandatory smart meter installation and other fixed rates can be easily beaten by other suppliers. However, their website is very good, with plenty of options to compare energy usage over months time and from previous years and the ability to change your contract to a more beneficial one, within the Scottish Power options.
