Solid meals

Solid meals and mostly get the ingredients right, unlike one of their competitors I tried before them.

If an item is wrong, it's beyond easy to sort it through the app and credit get applied to your future boxes.

Too many items wrong

Let's give the company it's due: Wide range of meals to fit most tastes, easy to follow instructions and the meals are tasty.

Why I'm cancelling my subscription today: only 2/5 orders have come with all correct ingredients: 1 was totally missing a protein, so it's a good job I has something in the freezer, 1 parsley was provided instead of coriander and a skinleess chicken breast rather than one with skin (worked out for us as we are watching calories etc, but still, wrong) and with the most recent order we've been provided with diced thigh meat instead of a chicken breast, haven't even cracked open the paper bags yet...

Considering I'm paying for a service, I expect that service to at the very least be accurate. They do go out of their way to reimburse you though, when the protein was missing, they took 6 quid off the next order witout an offer. It's just whether you can be bothered to keep going back and telling them they got it wrong. Far too much hassle, just pack it correctly in the first place.

We are so sorry to hear you have been disappointed with the service due to missing items in your boxes. We understand completely this defeats the purpose of the service as having a missing item results in you making trips to the supermarket.

Our boxes are hand packed, so on a very rare occasion an item can be missed, but we always follow up with our Packing team who in turn investigate and make sure it does not happen again. A missing ingredient more than once is very concerning and it is not the service we want to provide.

Huge range of craft beer

One of my favourite craft beer brewers. A huge range of different styles from more traditional IPAs to sours, imperial stouts and lots more.

Delivery is always really quick and tends to be next day or the day after.

The only way I'd improve it would be by them having more offers I could take advantage of ;) and a lower cost until qualifying for free post. But I very much doubt that beers are cheap to ship so this is totally understandable.
