Well here goes after 9 months later 6 or 7 days off work after they cancelled the day before ever time and on one occasion came to replace the door but forgot to bring the door and another day they turned up the day before when I was at work, I'm still left with a door that doesn't lock properly silicone really bad all round the door water comes through the letter box, door drops every other day and a big gap so it's really drafty, so I'm now on my 4th door being made and on inspection all the new doors was in a worse condition with all the poor silicone so all been rejected. Also just to let everyone no these doors go down different lines as told by Paul stains from safestyle as my door didn't go down the 100 %line how strange. So now I'm happy to say safestyle are removing the hole door and frame and I'm getting my money back as they CANNOT GIVE ME A 100 % DOOR and are happy to take it all out.

Hi had a door installed last September…

Hi had a door installed last September and after a couple of weeks white silicone inside went yellow door started to drop and wouldn't lock properly, lead cross on the window is not straight and the clear silicone round the window is shocking, made appointment with them to sort this and cancelled the day before so made another appointment only to cancel again the day before customer service is shocking I would stronger avoid the company I wish I did.
