VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH WHAT YOU GET

This cover came inclusive with a new car. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. THIS IN OUR EXPERIENCE PROVIDES A 'LOCAL" REVOVERY COVER. 30 MILE RADIUS TO GET YOU HOME. £30 TOWARDS A TAXI HOME!! NOT MUCH USE WHEN YOU ARE 50 MILES AWAY FROM HOME. IF YOU ARE OFFERED THIS WE WOILD RECCOMEND GETTING YOUR OWN BACK UP COVER.... A PROPER ROADSIDE RECOVERY PROVIDER. WE HAD GREAT SERVUCE FROM GREEN FLAG PRIOR TO BUYING OUR NEW CAR SO WILL BE LOOKING INTO THAT.

Excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went straight back tp AO as had a 5 star experience previously with a larder freezer purchase. This time it was for a fridge freezer. Their disconnect, unpack, connect and take away service worked so well. They also had to climb several stairs with it. Thank you so much. Great service👍

Easy Refund

Just say how helpful Dayle at customer services was when I needed a refund. I had a very quick response to my request and helpful info to assist my return which was down to my error when ordering. Good to get a bit of good old fashioned service over the internet! Well done 😊

Topup.com unhappy with my experience

Much like some other people I have been paying £11.89 (for 18 months!) unaware I had 'signed up' I am on a contract with EE so I wouldn't need to sign up elsewhere to top up. If I did it was because I thought I was adding on with EE whilst abroad. Be careful who you are
signing up too.
I am not aware of any account details?

Very satisfied

I was happy that my item arrived within the time given. I am pleased with the outfit I bought for my grandaughter. I was apprehensive when I read some of the reviews after I placed my order. But I am certainly happy with my purchase.

Very Pleased

We are very pleased with this heater. We bought the pack of 2 and split them with another family member which made each individual one cheaper than at a well known outlet. We've tried it and it throws out a decent amount of heat immediately. Having 3 heat settings is really useful as some on the market only have 1. Ordering was straightforward and kept well updated on delivery. Arrived on time. I will look at more Easylife products on their website.
