Very good indeed.

I have a Sprinter Van and it is outstanding. On 50,000 miles and other than the usual throttle body issue (easy to diagnose and fix) no problems.
Dealers are very effective too.

Ford Puma

Ford Puma. Nice looking car but cramped driving view of the road. 3 cylinder engine needs lumpy at low rpm, horrible.
Interior is well put together and paintwork very good.
Service people are in denial of the 'Wet belt issue' that destroy the engine. Will be getting rid of it by 60,000 and hopefully Tesla will have a smaller car by then.

Bloody Brilliant!!!

I was shocked to see Tesla with only 1.7 rating. This is just dummies hating Tesla for right wing political reasons and nothing to do with the cars.
Why is the best selling car the Model Y and why do Tesla have the highest safety ratings and also make the smartest cars on the planet? (Not to mention the charging network, always 100%)
Because they're bloody brilliant!
My Model 3 is utterly fantastic! Outstanding build quality and all the service I have is equal or better than Ford, VW or Mercedes (I know, 1st hand experience)

Outstanding service!

There are plenty of Tyre garages in West Sussex but for me only one, Re-Tyred.
Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.
There ability to repair where others say "You'll need a new tyre" sets them above the rest and saves a fortune! Of course if it's a safe option.
Nobody likes a puncture but if you get one they really make the whole repair process less painful.
They also offer part worn and new tyres.

What a miserable experience.

What a miserable experience.
Although I had injured my knee in 2016 but after it healed and I subsequently regularly hiked, even climbed Mt Snowdon in 2022 they declined my claim due to an administrative error that they would not recognise. So many emails, phone calls. My costs for surgery amounted to over £5,500 but they would not pay a penny.
I bet if they had accepted my claim and I then found out the injury was in the 5 years prior to insuring they'd rightfully refuse my claim.
Long story short, if it suits them they'll deny your claim.
Also on their website they say they have Trust pilot 5* reviews BUT as I write here they only have a 4* reviews. Trustworthy??? Not looking good.

I've been too addicted to YouTube for a long time but it's slowly been getting worse. Now now previews as one moves through it's various offering.

Outstanding!

I have had 2 model 3 performance variants. I can say with hand on heart they have both been outstanding! A joy to own and a thrill to drive. Immensely clever car and with over the air updates get even smarter.
Their service and support is the best I've experienced from any manufacturer. 5* all the way.

Their site is so inaccurate

Their site is so inaccurate. Nearly all the venues it suggests are not where the search results show.
Try looking local to you and see what I mean. Some venues are shown off the coast. One in the Solent.

Beyond outstanding.

Initially a small issue with an appointment but after that was sorted with excellent customer service.
The whole scan process was sick and professional. I had a call the next day AND an email with a superb (almost interactive) explanation of the scan results.
100% recommended.

I was going to rate their service 2…

I was going to rate their service 2 stars as when Myself and best man visited, the staff who attended of the initial visit and the second visit just could not be bothered to help.
The reason for one star is that when I returned the suit I was charged £20 for being 2 days late. A late penalty charge was not mentioned also in the email advice to return a penalty was not mentioned either. This is a lovely trick to con Moss Bros customers. My best man is also returning his suit today and he will also be fined £20 so £40 in total. I would of returned the suit earlier but my new wife and I went on a 2 day break after the wedding.

So all's good and then you have to deal with customer services. Impotent in a word.
Dubious instructions. Chicken often smells like it's been hanging around a while and last order the Soy sauce packet split in the box, made a mess of the other ingredients and when I contacted Customer services they offered me £3.50 compensation. Great unless one has to drive 4 miles to the shop to buy some more. Not what I'm paying for.

Outstanding on line creation software

Outstanding on line creation software. It really doesn't get any better. Everyone else I tried was agony to use.
Customer service is also up there with the vey best.
Lightning fast delivery and that was just first class post.
The Tesla of Photobooks for sure!
