Products were good but unfortunately…

Products were good but unfortunately not wide enough for our doors so I should have checked first. The delivery time was much longer than expected as the advert Sid could be delivered next day if ordered before lunchtime. So disappointed as have had excellent products and delivery in the past

Box was badly wrapped and clothes felt…

Box was badly wrapped and clothes felt damp inside
Barley contacted me very quickly and offered a replacement or partial refund
Very polite and sympathetic and definitely recommend customer care and experience with Varley was excellent
The issue happened with courier and Not Varley

Excellent service from salesman at the…

Excellent service from salesman at the other end of the phone
He was so knowledgeable, gave suggestions and thankfully advised me how to use my phone to pay the bill!
Really great service and delivered when it was supposed to
The cakes were as always gorgeous!

I ordered flowers for my 96 year old…

I ordered flowers for my 96 year old mother on the 1st April and they were due to be delivered 15 th April
Order confirmed and accepted
The day before, ie today 14 th I receive an email telling me it’s out of area and can’t be delivered until 20th!!!!
What kind of company is this?
Do very disappointed
Would definitely not be using them again and would advise anybody else to consider using them

Quite disappointed with the plants that…

Quite disappointed with the plants that had arrived
I understood delays with order and that was fine especially continual updates. However a lot of the plants arrived either out of their containers, broken or some with no labels. In some boxes it was like a free for all with mixed plants

I'm so sorry to hear some of your veg/herb plants arrived damaged and out of their containers. This is not the norm for us at all as we do pack everything carefully, and have also worked closely with our courier to ensure all Lazy Flora deliveries arrive safely to your doorstep.

We always want to know right away if anything arrives in poor condition, and will replace anything that arrives broken or damaged. Our customer service team has now sent you an email about this to get some more details, and we can arrange for some more plants to be sent out to you.
